Great bags but delivery method isn't so clear, I've purchased 2 bags and I've received the first bag on a single shipment and the second one after 5 days. Doubting if my bag was lost I've tried to contact them in many ways (Whatsapp, several Mails and IG DM and posts to get a bit of attention) the reply was "Sorry but in this moment we are really Busy with our work" ---> which in a broader sense means "I'm not interested if you have a problem I'm too busy to care about you". I'm truly disappointed because bags are wonderful, well made and distinctive, but customer care needs to improve their procedures.
