I had a query with our monthly Soho66 invoice, due to a change in which payments are made.
I telephoned the customer number, given three options, number three for finances. I got through straightaway and spoke to Matthew, he explained everything clearly and precisely, everything done & dusted in-less than 10 minutes.
Great Company & Great Staff, I could not fault their service.

Had a unusual finance query and couple of other things I needed to get clarity on, spoke with Steph in there finance department and within minutes not only did she resolve my query she was also happy to deal with my other queries. From start (information about the service i required) to finish (cancelling service as no longer required). Always answered the phone and assisted me. I do not normally do reviews but in this case i wanted to let people know there are some companies out that still provide a great product at good value with proper customer support. Long may it continue.

I've been using Soho66 since 2017 and have always found their service superb. When I've needed support they've been there for me and helped me with my queries. Their sales and support teams are very professional. Their prices are very competitive and the range of features they offer is astonishing.

Reece and Matthew - Outstanding Customer Service ....again!!
I have now contacted Soho66 on two separate occasion, and both times I was given the best service I have received in a very very long time!! I am very impressed with the level of service provided here.
Firstly, the calls are answered very quickly by (wait for it) actual real life people!! This is very rare these days and it is both refreshing and reassuring that there is someone on the line to help.
Secondly, the team are helpful, polite and quick to understand and help resolve a problem.
The first time I called, I spoke with Reece. He had a rather big job to do, helping me set up 3 of the wifi phones we bought. On his end, I know it was very straightforward, yet he was patient and repeated each step calmly and with good humour!
This is the second time I've contacted Soho66 and I was equally impressed. Matthew was very helpful in working with me to sort out the issue I was having. He, like in my previous call to Reece a few weeks before, was very good at listening to the problem and making it make sense to me, and most importantly, fixing it immediately.
I know to reps the issues are very easy and straightforward to fix, yet they never rush through the steps or resolution process - essentially they never make one sound too daft to manage. I am very impressed with Soho66 and I'm very pleased we choose them for our business. Thank you Matthew and Reece!

Reasonable rate and awesome service, loved it… would be better if we have a console

I am really disappointed with my experience with Soho66. Despite all the positive reviews, my personal encounter has been nothing but frustrating. I called and discussed my requirements with them, and they recommended specific handsets for me to purchase, claiming they would set them up and I just needed to connect them to my WiFi. However, after receiving an email asking which phone was for whom, I expected the phones to arrive ready to use, but they were not. When I called to inquire, I was told they hadn't been set up, but reassured that they could be activated remotely by the end of the day.

Unfortunately, that did not happen. After my email was unanswered I am left frustrated, it has been 7-10 days and my phones still do not work. I have effectively lost a third of the month in usability, and this lack of service is unacceptable. One issue could be excused, but multiple broken promises and no service is not a good way to begin a business relationship.
