I felt it was necessary to leave a review after my recent experience with Soho66. I just spoke with Rees, who helped me set up my virtual phone number on my mobile. The app on my iPhone works exactly like the desktop phone in my office, and the whole process was seamless.
Rees was incredibly helpful—he didn’t rush me, was easy to talk to, and provided clear directions. I’ve been using Soho66 for the past five years, and they’ve consistently been excellent. My business has had busy periods and quieter times, and Soho66 has always been flexible in adjusting my telephone plan to suit my needs.
It’s rare to receive such good customer service these days, and I wanted to say a big thank you to Soho66. I highly recommend them!

This was a great surprise, I tried 5 similar companies who spent their time trying to sell me equipment I didn't need and a phone line that was expensive. SOHO66, on the other hand were great. Line brilliant price, sign up, brilliant price and service that I had forgotten was a thing, they helped me every step of the way through the sett-up. Exceptional, would recommend them to anybody!

I'm a few months in with Soho66. After a few errors on my part setting up my new work phone it was actually pretty easy.
It's cheap per month and suits me to use credit as It's mostly incoming calls for me.
Setting up hold music, voicemail etc was easy. I like getting an email with audio of any voicemails left.
Id be happy to reccomend them to anyone else getting started with an Internet phone.
(I'm using a Yealink desk phone)

I just realised I have been a Soho66 customer since August 2010. They have been great! The team are always accessible and helpful. The service reliable and competitively priced. I've looked at some of the competitors here and there but they can't complete. Thank you Soho66 Team!! It's great being with you guys.

It turned out that I didn't require the service of Soho66 in the end, but I can't fault their customer service. Every time I spoke with them, they were quick to answer & extremely helpful, I would highly recommend them..

Everything great (no technical/equipment/pricing/support/etc issues), but the call quality is poor.
The frequency response is bad; the line sounds low bit rate. I'm using a Yealink basestation and handsets, which are relatively cheap, but I know someone who prefers them to Gigaset. DECT landline to Yealink is poor. Landline to landline is a little better. Mobile to mobile is much better. Is this Soho66's problem? I have no idea, and the same test tomorrow could be different. My internet connection is good, at 48 down/10 up.

Great service from Soho66. Through my own fault, my virtual phone number service had lapsed. Within 3 emails between myself and Matthew, this was fully resolved and my service re-established. It's rare to get that sort of customer service these days, and I'm thankful for it.

I found Soho66 4 years ago when I was setting up a company and needed a Voip phone. Since then I have used them for a second company.
The are efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. When I need advice or help, the tech team is easy to talk to, offer great solutions, and make sure that I have what I need at that moment in time for my business. The systems are also such that as the company grows, I have enough additional options to add to my package that I don’t need to look at alternative services.
They really are the smart option for start-ups and SME’s.

I had a few technical queries after installation which the (very) helpful and knowledgeable support staff answered very quickly.
These items were:-
1) I could not phone my own number from outside
2) when using the new phone to dial out, it did not come up with my phone number
3) It wasnot obvious where to block unwanted incoming calls

Matthew in Soho66 Customer Service Team has been brilliant today, I had a complex issue changing settings on my account and he had if solved in 30 minutes.
I found Soho66 when my landline changed for fibre and decided to port my landline to a better provider than BT. I read up on Soho66 and decided to try them out. I very much doubt I'd move from them now , brilliant service, great prices. I'm really really happy with them.
