Low cost, reliable calling with easy set-up
I was looking for a landline substitute for my WFH consultancy business as my mobile signal is poor and wi-fi calling just wasn't reliable enough, even though my Wifi is fast and robust. I also wanted PAYG as I won't be using it a great deal. Soho66 ticked all the boxes, was easy to join and get set up. The online guides were great and the AI help superb. Now I can stay in touch wherever there is WiFi or mobile data.

Great experience with Soho66 support.. with feedback
Great experience with Soho66 support team, he set up my phone diversion to my mobile in a few minutes - quick and easy, ready to go! :)
The only feedback I would provide is that on the website when I purchased the number, there's no information about using your physical phone for soho66, it was only until I called soho66 they gave me information of the external app (which then had to pay+download) It was only a £6.99 one-off fee so to be honest i don't mind! It should be stated on the website because as a business we want operations to be smooth so having this option before ie using this for personal device ideally would have been better if I had seen it when purchasing the number.

We have been with Soho66 for our VOIP…
We have been with Soho66 for our VOIP telephone network and have NEVER been disappointed. It is just set up perfectly and any issues are dealt with by technical support who get onto any issue immediately.
We have been approached many times by other providers for our business but have always refused as it would be very difficult to find anyone better frankly and at a reasonable price that we are happy to pay.
More recently I dealt with Luke in Soho66's technical department who went well past my expectations.
