Excellent Services
We have been with Soho66 for many years and have used the virtual reception service for 6 years. The service is excellent, they have taken away the stress of missing calls, which could be missed job opportunities, they send you emails with the recorded phone calls, they are always polite and so very efficient. The technical team is 2nd to non always answer quickly and resolve any issues. I would highly recommend using Soho 66 and their services.

Reece at SoHo66 went out of his way to help me through the process of signing up for SoHo66 service. It took longer than I thought to sort out, but now it's working fully, everything is very smooth and easy. The only problem I now have is that the phone they recommended has no instructions on how to use it, so I'm learning that bit by bit.

The product didn't work
The product didn't work, I contacted customer service twice and didn't receive an answer.
Edit December 20th:
After I posted a 1-star review on December 3rd, the company reached out on December 10th and said my messages hadn’t reached their support queue. A full refund was issued.
I’m updating this to three stars. The main issue was support responsiveness; the product mismatch was resolved via the refund.
