Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Was unsure about whether a pair of Sendra boots would fit me so i emailed to ask. They sent detailed pictures of the boots from all angles and measurements of where my toes would come to. I ordered the boots which took 2 days to arrive and they were perfect. Friendly, helpful, fast, awesome buying experience!

Thank you so much for your time and valuable review, we do appreciate your review, we did ship the item on time once we received your order via Royal Mail, parcel drop at royal mail depot on time, Royal Mail took strike action and causing delays on all our orders, finally the parcel reached Langley UK custom on 16/12, follow up to office of exchange in Sofia on the 20/12, now it's in Awaiting presentation to customs commissioner on 22/12, we do understand your frustration for such delay and we do apologise, we do our best to keep you posted, please note once parcel shipped it's beyond our control to deal with custom and thats where the item located right now, once item release we will chase it for as soon as possible delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us info@sohoboots.co.uk we will be happy to assist you for further informations and update.

Although I was no pleased that the birthday present boots I bought at your store was not able to reach us in time and most of all it was never delivered owing to bad processing between your company and the delivery dpd. The experience spoilt the moment got me and my sons to gift their father! But having said that it was good that you kept me updated and apologise for the bad experience and also topped by making a courtesy gesture to us! This is the reason that I was able to give the benefit of the doubt that this will not happen again keeping me informed about my order was important. Therefore your customer service is not too bad.
