I ordered 3 sofas on 7th October

I ordered 3 sofas on 7th October - finally delivered 23rd December after two delivery attempts (which was down to the incompetent delivery company ) Two sofas are fine but the 3rd one arrived with no legs - this issue has been going on and on - I had to wait between deliveries 10 days as the original delivery was due aborted due to having a few stones between my gate and door ? maybe 4 metres ? I am aware of the Christmas period but have emailed twice and no result . I have requested a refund as a sofa delivered with no legs is faulty and unusable and I love Soho Homes' concept and furniture but would never purchase from them again - They just don't care and no customer service whatsoever

Great problem solving and quality items

Great customer service & beautiful products!

I ordered several different decorative light fixtures through SohoHome's trade account and had a really great experience! Their customer portal for the trade accounts is so handy and easy to use. I liked being able to track my orders and view my quotes whenever I needed. Their products are beautiful and well-made and they were incredibly helpful in expediting some replacement items that got damaged at the jobsite. I would definitely enjoy working with the SohoHome team in the future!

Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could. Please, please, if you have a young child, please do not buy from this dangerous company. We had a chair that cost over £1000, and the buttons rusted off and into the hands of my 10 month old. SoHo Home ignore my emails and correspondence, with their idea of resolving the matter being they will “offer a 10% retrospective refund on a future order”. They have continued to sell this dangerous, hazardous product (Karine chair) and see no issue in the matter. I would just avoid the company if I were you. As others have said, at best they’re style over substance, at worst - they could cause something very dangerous to be in your home.

Live chat magic!

I really appreciate when stores have a live chat option! There has been a candle holder that has been sold out and within a few minutes of speaking with Laura K, she was able to locate one that is available in store which i can get today. Honestly, she was super helpful and just solved my problem instantly. Instead of impatiently checking online everyday, i should have just used the live chat! Great service.

Great service! Highly recommend!

Exceptional Customer Service from Jill N. Issues Resolved Quickly!

​I want to highly commend Jill N. for the outstanding support I received today. I had several complex issues, and Jill handled them all with speed and professionalism.
​She secured a refund for my two lamps that DPD failed to pick up from Matalan, confirming she will personally follow up on Monday to ensure it's processed quickly. She also promptly arranged for a replacement for my damaged Ottilie light.

Chasing up daily and being fobbed off. My item is missing in transit and they have no idea what they are doing and they are refusing to give me a refund. I’m having to take this up with my credit card company. Avoid them!

Issue immediately fixed

I had an issue with a gift card and the team went out of their way to make it right and help me and I just really appreciated the thought and effort and actually being able to speak to a real person immediately. Customer service is amazing

Customer service is amazing. Easily contactable on their chat function and everyone you speak to is always helpful and friendly. I’ve spoken to lots of different customer support people to ask varying questions and nothing has ever been to difficult and they go out of their way to assist.
