Above and beyond service
We were let down by a different supplier for our order of biochar so approached SoilFixer - Tom and the team went out of their way to ensure we had our biochar ready to plant up a client's project a couple of days later; Tom even arranged for George to hand deliver our order over the weekend! Whilst it's too early to comment on the results, the customer service was faultless and the product appeared high quality with no unpleasant odour or unexpected other materials in it that you can often get with some products. Thank you Tom and team! We look forward to working together again in the future!

Great product and delivery but took one star off because of all the loose bits of plastic (30-40) in it from the bag that it came in. I want to improve my soil not add plastic to it.

Great product, great service, great company
Not only a great product that has seriously improved soil resilience and quality in my kitchen garden. I add compost activator and biochar to my hot composting process. I can now grow fussy veg like cauliflowers, I have no need for additional fertilizer and the need to irrigate during the summer is a distant memory.
But perhaps the greatest asset of Soilfixer is the customer care and advice offered by Tony.

I ordered 2 x 10kg bags of Biochar
I ordered 2 x 10kg bags of Biochar, the day later i received an email to tell me that they now had 20kg bags in stock. I agreed that one 20kg would be better and i was given an £11 refund. The 20kg bag arrived a couple of days later. Great service!
