I’m just overjoyed to be able to wear my favourite jumper again. It’s a really social knit, irreplaceable to me, and I thought it was too destroyed, but Soho darned a massive hole and neatened up the cuffs and collar and it’s ready for another winter! It’s not cheap, but it’s cheaper than buying a new one, and I’m so happy not to have to throw this one away.

Really easy system to use online and I’m happy with my alteration.
Took slightly longer than originally promised which is why I’ve given a 4 star

I tend to buy mainly branded clothing (Boss etc) and have had some bad experiences with local tailors, since using Sojo, I have had nothing but great service, even when things are running a little late, they email to advise that is the case, but it's never more than a couple of days. My recent alteration to Boss coat was perfectly altered you would never know it had been changed - Marius (the tailor), well done and thank you.

It fits me perfectly, and I can't even tell where the stitches had taken place!

Not only did the alteration take longer than I was originally told, but the order hasn’t even been fulfilled properly.

I’m really disappointed. This is my second time using Sojo, and after being unhappy with the hemming of my shorts the first time, I decided to give you another chance.

Unfortunately the trousers that were finished were not hemmed with care. The seem of the turn up on is not in line with the inseem.

I waited till today to give my review as I hadn’t yet worn my jacket with the new zip. The zip looks good (I’ve had new zips in the past and they don’t always match) I’m very pleased, you’ve helped extend the life of my very warm jacket!

I had a number of jumpers and cardigan with holes so the final bill did end up costing quite a lot and after having sent them off they did ask for more money as had apparently been priced wrong HOWEVER they did a GREAT job and it would have taken me weeks. I would definitely use them again
