Excellent staff and selection of kpop albums and merch

It did take a bit of time to arrive but It was pre order so it was okay. They were not damaged and I even got an extra lomo which was great

The staff is really kind and helpful

Customer service was good and they shipped my order out quick. However, when i received my order the packaging was half open and upon fully opening, one album was severely damaged and another album had little damage to it aswell. I’ve ordered many times from here and haven’t had a problem so i don’t know what happened this time.

Very cheap and a wide variety of merchandise including albums, lightsticks, photocards. Best kpop store in UK!!

The staff are very friendly,are always willing to help and have chat about what is happening in the Kpop world. That's either it being the latest concert to happen, new releases or even when San from Ateez sets the fashion world a blaze! Another thing I like as well is that sokollab will make a section for who is performing that week which is really nice touch.

It was really good but when I went they didn't have much (they were probably hadn't got their restock at the time). But I managed to get the itzy season greetings.

Items have always came secured and a place where you can trust to buy your albums from!

Sent out the wrong order, had to return the incorrect one before they'd dispatch the correct one, no offer of a refund

I've had to wait a while for my babymonster album to be shipped so that's why it's not 5 stars. They are really friendly and have sorted the shipping issue out very quickly!

Every time I enter Sokollab my heart warms up! The staff are always on point willing to help with the customers needs, the shop has a very good variety of albums! Thank you Sokollab!

I have shopped both online and in the London store of Sokollab and had such a great time! The staff were very friendly and everything was easy to find. :)

Love this shop, I've only been a few times but each time I've been I've felt welcomed by the staff, the albums are decent prices then some other online stores or shops.

I love this company, I am frequent visitor at their in-person shop and this was the first time I ordered online, which was great experience. I do wish they had a click & collect/collection from store as a delivery option but they are a small business.

My only complaint would be the packaging, they don’t use protective packaging at al, I had my poster slightly damaged in the corner as it wasn’t protected at all, and the preorder photocard just came in a thick(ish) envelope no real protection, maybe use bubble wrap to protect items.

They have a quick customer support that was super helpful when I made a mistake in my order, so grateful for the hospitality.
I would recommend especially for preordering albums.

Ordered some items online for my daughter for Christmas & I was really impressed. Postage & packaging was good, good delivery times & all safe & sound (it matters when there's a Kpop poster / photocard / photobook involved!) They have a great range in the Birmingham shop too, well worth a visit. Really good prices too (comparable)

i cant complain about sokollab everything i have ordered has come in excellent condition.

The pre order album was priced really well and came quickly once released
We have also visited their store in London and the girl was really helpful too

My orders always arrive on time or even earlier in perfect condition. I've only had a problem once with being given the wrong album but it was quickly corrected. I would recommend Sokollab to everyone!

Great service and love that we can get Korean items especially K-pop
