3rd time doesn't seem to be the charm
I've bought from here 3 times now first 2 times went fine but on the 3rd time i still haven't received my item after a whole month of waiting and I've already send 2 emails first one got answered with that It will be send to me on the first of December and it's two weeks since I already sent them an email at the start of this week on Monday and haven't got a response yet. Quite poor customer service in my opinion

Friendly Staff and a great selection!

I love sokollab but-
I love sokollab but i dont like the album refund situations, as I accidentally bought a new jeans album that i didnt realise that it had the same inclusions as the beach bunny bag-
But i had to sell it on eBay for less as i couldn’t return it.

Sokollab experience
Absolutely amazing experience! I bought some albums to enter the oneus fansign and won! They were able to have 50 winners which I think is an incredible amount, and the process was so smooth - I loved every part of it. My oneus albums arrived 2-3 days after, which is astonishing considering how many other customers there are. Thank you so much sokollab for you’re hard work ❤️

K-pop fans this store is definitely worth a visit!
We were visiting London for the K-pop lux concert which was sadly cancelled. As a result we had considered cancelling our trip, but my daughter still wanted to go because she was looking forward to visiting the store as planned. I’m so pleased we did. We visited the store twice and each time we bought so much stuff. My daughter was like a child in a candy store. The store was well stocked and the staff were amazing. They were so friendly and great to chat with. Especially as the store was very busy. We have ordered numerous times online from Sokollab. But it was really nice to shop in store. Sokollab you have a branch in London and Birmingham. Please consider branching out in the North East. There is a huge K-pop fan base up North, it would be a big hit. K-pop fans this store is definitely worth a visit!

I used to love Sokollab but now I feel uncomfortable ordering from them.
I used to love Sokollab, but after today I’m not sure I’m going to use them anymore. The last few orders I received have been packaged so poorly items have been damaged, and this order I had items not sent to me at all! This is extremely disappointing and frustrating, and is making me feel very uncomfortable ordering from them.
