I have had a few times where I have had to contact customer services with an issue, either about my account or order. It is an easy contact process, by only having to email to get a response, with no calling required. Once I made a mistake with an order and it was changed by the next day, and they did not make it a big issue. The same with when I had an account problem.

Amazing service and products every time I go there or order online I get fast delivery. I love them so much!!

Good process but the magazine is wet inside? Therefor useable I cannot open it properly

Loved all my purchases from Sokollab! Most recent purchase was 2 magazines and the edges were slightly damaged! I just wish they had more protective packaging!
I usually go to the store however items tend to go out of stock fast in store so the only option is online! Delivery is fast so I can’t fault that!

I preordered Twice's Candy Bong Infinity for their upcoming London concert and my experience couldn't have been better.

Not only did they ship early due to shipment arriving earlier than expected which they notified me about, it arrived carefully packaged and well protected with the 9 candy bong muu photocards which I wasn't expecting - so this order made my day!

Long time customer first time reviewer. Great selection with preorder capabilities but the prices are always higher than elsewhere (like kstars and ebay). But the real reason I’m leaving a 3 star is because their shipping times recently are outrageous. Pre-order items used to be shipped within 3 weeks of release but nowadays it’s around 2-3 months. I know they have a disclaimer about expected shipping dates but girl you need to get your logistics together. If eBay can sell an album straight from Korea at 10% less of your prices and ship it within a week upon release with no shipping fees, then you really need to start thinking about what’s going on with your logistics. I really want to continue supporting my local businesses so I hope you can figure it out soon.

Excellent condition and clear communication.

Recently ordered a proof in the seom pc and there was no protection on it! Luckily, it arrived undamaged but was very surprised when it just came with nothing and was just loose in my package. I have ordered with Sokollab before and have actually ordered more so it does not deter me but definitely worries me as my photocard could have been damaged.
