Terrible customer service
On 20th of February I ordered an e-gift card which I was supposed to receive by email, today is 25th of February no email was received. Tried reaching out multiple times. ZERO REACTION! My sister didn’t receive her birthday present. If I could I would honestly give you zero stars. Sadly, that’s not possible. Shame on you Sokollab. Never again I’ll make this mistake to order and waste my money on your company.
P.S. still waiting on your reply and that e-gift card which I paid for.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. As we replied on email to you at the time:
Your order was auto flagged due to a payment issue on your card being from Netherlands and purchase in the UK by our payment provider (not by our company directly). This led to the system not automatically emailing the gift card while it was awaiting investigation.
Unfortunately this is the first time this has happened to us so we were not aware that this kind of situation can happen with the gift card, as it normally auto sends the gift card for customers immediately after the order is placed.
This also coincided unfortunately with staff absence and we were not able to address customer emails as quickly as we normally would.
We apologise for the inconvenience and missed situation for your sister's birthday.
The gift card was manually issued on 28th February by another team member after the investigation had completed and relevant checks were made.
