Healthcare is confusing, exhausting, and nearly impossible to navigate. Solace provides you with an advocate—covered by insurance—who takes on the toughest parts of the system, so you don’t have to do it alone. Solace advocates find doctors, keep providers coordinated, fix insurance issues, and handle the endless paperwork that gets in the way of care. We’ll pair you with a dedicated advocate who supports you one-on-one for as long as you need help. Our advocates bring an average of 16 years of experience, and they’ve already helped over 200,000 patients and families nationwide. Solace is covered by Original Medicare and many Medicare advantage plans. You’ll never pay anything beyond your standard deductible or coinsurance. Most patients pay $0 or a small amount per month. All it takes to get started is a quick intake call. One of our licensed physicians will get to know your healthcare challenges and pair you with an advocate who’s the right fit for your care.

I worked with Brittany Knickerbocker, and she is wonderful. She accomplished so much more than I could have done alone, She got referrals from an incompetent doctor's office staff, and was able to get my infusions scheduled in a timely manner I definitely recommend Solace and Brittany!
Lisa is very skilled at her job. She accomplished so much within our hour. I am so proud and thankful for her ability to move things along.
I am confident with her help my health will approve and I can stay in my home.
Tammy Kafenbaum has been an absolute lifesaver as my Health Advocate with Solace! Navigating the healthcare system can be incredibly overwhelming, but Tammy makes it feel so much easier. She's incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about my well-being.
I’ve had nothing but great success with my Advisor Kristi, who has gone above and beyond helping me with even the smallest things that I’ve had difficulties doing recently. Solace and Kristi have been a God send for me and I wouldn’t have the medical care that I have now without them both.
Solace has been a total life-changer for her. Rafael has gotten more done for my mother in two months than her doctors managed in three years. He’s clearly dedicated to "fighting the good fight" for his patients; in fact, answering texts or emails at 3 AM is a mainstay of his dedication. Where else can you get a nurse to do that? We are so grateful for that level of commitment. Thank you, Rafael and Solace, for everything you’ve done to change our lives!
When I had my initial visit with the supervising physician, I was full of hope butAfter two visits with two separate advocates, I am more sure now that I will discontinue any medical care and doctor services. It reassured me that there is no help. I don't need a provider referral service. I need an Advocate, which is not what this company or at least the two that I dealt with was about. Also, they say that it's covered by insurance but then you get an invoice when you call about it they say they'll put it in for forgiveness, but can't promise that it will be forgiven.
Unfortunately it has made me give up on medical care and Hope at this point and put it in God's hands I will discontinue all of my future doctors or medical care as I truly understand most people like myself are on our own and if you are lucky enough to find an Advocate, that truly helps God bless you.thank you for nothing Solace.
Unfortunately, I think this is a for-profit off of vulnerable patients that truly need help with navigation in the Health field. Again, unfortunately, People that do need help for this type of thing are on their own for the most part unless they are lucky enough to find a true company that advocates for them.
I feel more alone now than I ever have.
Please avoid this company and don't let this happen to you.
I welcome the day god takes me at this point.
It's sad when a place like this makes a person prefer no life at all.

Michele was so helpful; she did a lot of research to find different doctors within driving distance. Also, she researched different treatments for me because I wasn't feeling like doing it.
I really appreciated her help and support.

At 14, chronic illness didn’t just interrupt the life I had—it dismantled it. Piece by piece, it took school, friendships, independence, and replaced them with waiting rooms, paperwork, and long stretches of being alone. I spent years navigating a system that wasn’t built for my complexity, fighting for every single inch I could get, and it still wasn’t enough. I’ve been to over 15 institutions. I’ve tried everything I was told would help: doctors, surgeries, treatments, social workers, non-profit advocates, programs. But in my experience, the medical system is strained in ways that affect everyone inside it.
By the time I found solace, I wasn’t hopeful—I was desperate. Truly desperate. There wasn’t quality of life left to protect, only something to salvage.
My Solace advocate was the first to show me a different way. Not one where everything is a fight, where the quiet implication is that “if you were stronger, or more organized, or wanted to be better, things would work out”-- no, not that version. In the past month, I’ve gotten more done than I had in years. Not because I suddenly became capable of doing more, but because I’m not carrying it alone anymore. The calls, the scheduling, the medications, the insurance—the endless, invisible work of trying to stay alive inside a system that exhausts you—someone else is helping hold it. I’m not healed, but my life is so much better.
In a system that can feel cold and impossible to navigate alone, Solace is the best resource I’ve found for getting through. They meet me right where I am; in addition to their resourcing, they seem to have an integrative approach to supporting– which is exactly what my chronic conditions have required.
I hope Solace gets recognized for what it’s actually doing—for the kind of impact that doesn’t always show up in numbers, but in people like me getting pieces of their lives back. I hope Solace continue to grow and reach more people– everyone deserves to live without as much suffering, even if that means they need a little extra support.
Solace health. I am reporting that my advocate Marilyn is a great person to work with. She is just what you need in am advocate. No problems.
So solace and Marilyn keep up the great help.
Sincerely Michael Denton
Emily Bodily listened to my story, embraced and understood my needs and has been working feverishly to accomplish the mission.
My health care advocate has been a 100% helpful to me in navigating the health care system.
The service i have received by Michelle Cole has been outstanding. She has provided me with a letter to my doctor aranged appointments for me and kept in constant contact to support my needs and researched many avenues of other topics to use as my advocate for the past 4 months.
Thank you Solace for assigning me Kelly R. She totally understands my medical situation and if I didn't have her, I don't know that I'd still be here. She takes the weight of being sick off of my shoulders. She helps with everything I need but I'm too overwhelmed to deal with. She's an excellent listener. I can always count on her!!!
Angela has taken an active role in pursuing different avenues to meet my pain management needs. She follows up regularly with the providers. She keeps me abreast of what is happening on regular basis.
To Nancy Turner and Solace Health,
I can’t express how profoundly you’ve changed my life. When I was homeless, with nowhere to go and no one to turn to, you were there—lifting me out of darkness, finding me shelter when I thought I was alone. As a survivor of domestic violence, you gave me safety, not because you had to, but because of the kindness in your heart. You also helped care for my fur-legged partner, Mercedes, a Maltese, ensuring she had what she needed too. Whether it was securing medical care, housing, or guiding me through the Americans with Disabilities Act, you didn’t just solve problems—you restored my faith in possibility. I owe you more than I can say.
Solace health you have a gem!!!
