Clothes were damaged when received and the material was cheap. Also, the company was charging me more than what the clothes were worth to send it back. I will not be shopping here again

I bought so many items from here thinking it was going to be a great experience. The designs are awesome but the quality of fabric is terrible. I asked for return and they said I have to pay international shipping which was gonna cost about 70 dollars. This is a rip off and not going to buy clothes from here again.

It’s been two weeks and I have not received my products. I have asked for a refund as the stock hasn’t left the warehouse yet just for them to reply:

This isn’t the first time I’ve messaged them but I received the same reply. Honestly, the customer service… I wish I looked them up on here sooner, it makes sense now

The quality of body suit was very very poor. NOT as advertised.

The clothing options are cute. The express shipping is expensive and mine took 8 days.

Sizing for clothes is really awful. Clothes fit like 2 sizes too small and unable to return because it already took like 3 weeks to get to me…don’t want to wait another 6 for the new size to get back to me

i ordered this item on november 6th on expedited shipping and it has still not arrived to me. i messaged for a refund and only received a shipping refund. at this point the event i wanted the shirt
for has long passed. very disappointing experience

I never received my package and after reaching out for assistance they had me reach out to the carrier, get proof that it wasn’t delivered, just for them to ignore my emails and not provide me a refund. They are literally the biggest scammer I wish the worst for them

I live in the Uk and paid for express shipping it was very late and they didn’t refund me the shipping cost

Quality is not the best, gem attachment for the silver dress ripped as soon as I opened package and the zipper for the purple long dress sticks out the back.
