What an awesome company to deal with. My solar lights look fabulous in my garden. The quality of service from Paul was excellent. Thank you very much.

Complete scam site… just drop shipped items from China. As soon as I unpacked the items I could tell by the dodgy packaging no “SolaGarden” branding.

I purchased deck lights x 8 for $74.
And Upgraded LED ground lights x 4 for $79.

Found them on Alibaba site:

Deck lights are $5.24 for 16 of them. Ground lights are $8.35 for 12 of them.

Check for yourself before buying!

Their markup is astronomical, which explains how they can just replace them for you when they inevitably break in a few months. It’ll take years of replacements before they’d take a loss, and by then most people would just give up with the process.

Such a scammy & unethical business model SMH.

From my own experience Solagarden and especially the owners of the company pay special attention to a personal service.Treat their customers with good old fashioned care and attention. If you have any issues with your orders they make every effort to rectify it straight away. I would recommend this company for service and Value. Thank you Stephen W

Not all the ground lights are lighting up at night even when been in full sun.
Those that do light up look good

I already loved my solagarden LED ground lights but when 3 of them stopped working properly 12 months after purchase i reached out to Customer Service. They happily responded with "we have requested a replacement to be shipped to you"; a week later and I received 4 in the mail. So very happy that this company definitely backs its warranty. Thanks SolaGarden.

I love my new lights!! Exactly as shown on website. Arrived quickly. So bright, they look amazing.

We bought 48 LED uplights in total. Like many reviews you see, at first they looked great and worked well. Then they started to fail. We had to video them to show SolaGarden they had failed before they would replace them, we eventually gave up trying to replace them and 100% of them have failed within one year and we couldnt even send them to ewaste, they have ended up in landfill. Nothing more than cheap garbage. Save your money!

What a great company to deal with. Unfortunately I had problems with my lights but Paul is honouring the lifetime guarantee and is replacing my lights. I love the product and look forward to lighting up my garden again. Thanx

Some of my lights stopped working. I reached out to Paul if there’s a way for me to fix them. He instead sent replacements to the lights not working.
Can’t find a company who does this.

I've had two sets of SolaGarden festoon lights adorning my garden for the last few years and have been very impressed with the quality and durability of the product. Recently, one set has not been working properly. When I reached out to the company, they responded very quickly with some troubleshooting tips. When they proved unsuccessful, I was assured that as there is a lifetime guarantee on the lights, a replacement set would be sent to me.
It's great to deal with such a responsive company, that lives up to their promises.

I recently had such a great experience with solarGarden’s customer service and felt it was worth sharing.
My garden lights had stopped working, and I reached out for support. Paul got back to me immediately, even though it was in the evening and clearly out of hours. Impressive! Every response after that was just as quick, which was really nice.
Paul took the time to walk me through a few things to try in an attempt to get the lights working again, and although it didn’t work, his communication was so friendly and genuine, it really stood out.
When we couldn’t resolve the issue, he went above and beyond and offered to send me a brand new solar panel free of charge. This was despite the fact that I had purchased the lights the year before their lifetime guarantee even applied.
I’m genuinely so impressed with the level of service. It’s rare to come across such responsiveness, kindness, and willingness to help. Thank you Paul and SolarGarden! I love my lights 🙏

The quality of the festoon lights is fantastic, but the fence lights are quite poor compared to the advertisement.

I have 6 sets of the festoon solar lights, honestly the best addition to lighting up my backyard at night time. I recently had an issue with one of the sets so I contacted SolaGarden to advise them. After some troubleshooting attempts suggested by them unfortunately didn't help, a new set was sent to me as a replacement. When they say lifetime guarantee, they mean it.
