This is a company that their business model is convince buyer to purchase their products knowing they don’t need the product then ignore you and play games pretending they will sort the issue.

Tilbury Electrical let me know when they were coming. They arranged a concreter to put a pad down for the battery. They came back when the pad was okay and did a very good job on the installation. Alex the boss even put your app on my phone so I could check how the battery was operating.Very friendly Amand efficient.

I have been with Solar Battery Group for a period of time liked the prompt service

Difficult to complain about the service when there isn't any!! Have had an ongoing issue since October 2025 and still no resolution. Issue was the App monitoring our soalr battery system which ceased to connect. After multiple attempts to fix any possible software issues, it was decided that the issue was a hardware problem and a replacement battery was ordered. This took over 2 months to arrange and install and afetr it was done, there was still a fault in the communication with the App but the installers left without it being resolved!!! The numerous phone calls and emails to try and resolve this have continued with the post-installation section telling me that they had to contact the manufacturer. After not hearing anything for over 2 weeks, I contacted them again and found out that the manufacturer had responded but no one from SBG bothered to update me. Now I am being told that another order has been placed and an installer will be scheduled for a visit. If the last experince is anything to go by, this could be multiple weeks delay again and I'm not confident the issue will be resolved. How this organisation continues to survive with this type of service is beyond me. Their automated phone message highlights that they are experiencing high demand for calls and reources have been increased. If they have been inccreased, its not working!!! Avoid this company at all costs to save yourself the frustration I have experienced. Simple customer service standards are obviously beyond them.
