from the first inquiry to the system being operational was clear, upfront, courteous, and speedy. The service included applying for the government grant and help with installing the monitoring app. The panel installers and the electrician couldn't have been nicer or faster doing their work!

Excellent and very professional service throughout.
Every detail explained in layman’s terms when initially enquired about systems and no pressure or pushing to purchase at all.
Work carried out without a hiccup and and covid measures were taken very seriously and professionally. All installations were completed in a neat and accommodating manner and all waste/rubbish taken away and you wouldn’t know anyone was at the house at all.
Excellent app and any questions since were answered very promptly and satisfactorily.
Really is a non invasive system and we had fitted on roof and love the panels as they hide our fading slates.

From Salespeople to installers to follow up service - couldn't be more happier. Explained everything in detail - answered all our questions (even the stupid ones!!) - installation was ahead of schedule. Emails always answered (even late at night!).
Had a fault in the battery - when reported, dealt with swiftly and full battery was replaced.
Professional, friendly staff - no hesitation in recommending them.

Great company to deal with. The product is good, the sales pitch was realistic, the installation went well and it has been working perfectly ever since. We'll need a full year to see how much the solar panels save us but initial indications are good and in line with the sales pitch.

Great service even with currant situation with the pandemic

Found Steve and the team to be very efficient throughout the process from first inquiry to installation. Standard of workmanship was good and happy with the installation so far. Had a small issue with wifi connection and one that SG have committed to resolving. Panels look great on the roof and looking forward to seeing how the system delivers.

I had used another solar company years ago at the business address but Solar generation are on a whole other level - prompt , professional yet very personal from start to finish - system was priced and explained without any sales push , best of all once all agreements were in place everything happened ahead of the initial timeframe and every corner of the team were a pleasure to deal with and to have in our home !!
It is also the best (and enjoyably rewarding) investment I’ve ever made - free electricity!!

Great company to deal with! The office were incredibly helpful in scheduling a free site survey at my property. I was provided with a very detailed report of different systems and the benefits they would bring. I ended up going for a 14 panel hybrid system with 4.5 kWh battery storage.

The system has been installed for over 11 months now and I am already benefiting from reduced electricity bills!! The monitoring app allows me to track my systems daily production and energy usage. I can now schedule my appliances at specific points in the day so that I am running off completely green self generated energy!

The install team were extremely professional, tidy and fast. The install was finished in just under two days and I can’t speak highly enough of the services provided! I’ll be recommending Solar Generation to anyone considering Solar PV.
