I bought something that was marked as new. Turns out, there was some kind of error on the website (it happens) and the only item they had available was a used one, but considered "as new". They sent me an email explaining the situation, along with around 20 pictures of the item to prove that it actually was as new. Got the item two days ago and I can say that, as I saw in the pictures, it really doesn't look used – only the box was a little damaged on one edge, but they called that out as well. The figure itself is in mint condition, which is what mattered to me. Delivery was also quite fast, if I exclude the time the package spent in customs (but that's on me). Great support and communication, would do business with again.

has a lot of variety and ultimately fast shipping considering im from denmark. Customs are a little pricy but thats not on solaris japan. one of the figures i bought was kinda dirty so i had to give it a bath, but other than that ive never had any issues

Just received my pre-order figure of Asuna wedding dress figure and it's perfect. It got dispatched quickly and arrived extremely packaged and safe. Figure is in perfect condition, especially as it came from abroad, and very high quality. Would highly recommend Solaris Japan to any anime and/or figure collector!

I pre-ordered a figure, and once the 1 pre-ordered figure was out, the whole order shipped within 2 days and got to my house, in America, in 8 days. Everything was in good condition.

The purchasing methods are simple and easy and the information is well laid out and easy to understand. I never felt like my product was lost or forgotten and I was always notified about potential delays and when it was shipped. During shipment, I was kept up to date about the location and eta. After the package arrived, I was impressed at the thorough packaging which cause zero damage to the statue box despite clear damage to the external shipping box. The product inside was undamaged as well and in beautiful condition. I highly recommend Solaris Japan.

The selection of figures they have is diverse, I've recently ordered the Amakuni x Amiami Ryza 1/6 scale figure from them. The online checkout and transaction went well, with additionnal info provided during the process. The shipment was fast and reassuring, the package arrived in great condition with close to no damages on the packaging box. Would shop from them again!

All the products arrived safely with great packaging and the shipping times are very reasonable without any damage after receiving the product. The figures are reasonably priced and the overall selection of products is phenomenal that you can easily browse for what feels like eternity on what the site has to offer. I ordered from France to Solaris in Japan. I had chosen the fastest delivery but my parcel arrived in 4 days, I couldn't believe it. Of course, you have to add customs fees, but that's not the seller's fault. Careful packaging, impeccable products. I recommend this store.
