Never got any issue with my orders on this site, and fast delivery.
The only annoying thing is the quantity of mail notifications I initially received each time I left items in my cart without ordering. I understand the reason for it, but still.

It was the first time ever I ordered from Solaris Japan and it was quite an expensive order with alot of anime figurines.
The delivery was very quick, only customs delayed it a bit, but that was to be expected. Very important to notice: Solaris will not include taxes and customs fee, but this is something they warn you about, so don't be surprised if you have to pax taxes!
The boxes were in a very good condition and all the items were excellent packaged and padded so that no damage occurred to the figurines.
Overall it was a good experience with a quick delivery (arrival was only two weeks after I ordered) and the product in excellent condition.

Figure I ordered was out of stock and I got an email a day after ordering asking if I wanted a refund or if I wanted to wait for more stock. I waited and it got shipped through EMS 2 weeks later. Delivery time was about 4 days once it shipped from Japan to South East US. Figure was perfect.

My package arrived on time. And was happy to get it. Nothing broken. Great packing inside.

Really good to find figures because they arent popular in my Country at all. I‘ve ordered for the first time and though I made the mistake of choosing saveur because it took so long to arrive (don’t get me wrong it was on time 2-4 months but I just wanted them sooner ,:] ) will from now on try to Order more with normal or express. Overall Great tho the figures were packaged nice and arrived with no broken pieces.

Just remember that Customs in your country may delay the delivery and that taxes are always responsibility of the Customer.

The order went almost perfectly. There was just one problem with delivery in France with Cronopost or Colissimo: I couldn't choose a date and I was out on the delivery days. But since it's on the French side, I won't hold it against the rating.

The product came in near perfect condition (minus it being a bit sticky, but that could be a result of its age) and had all of its accessories. Unfortunately, it took nearly a month to arrive, even though I ordered the express shipping, but keep in mind that it was stated that there would be "severe delays".

Good prices - usually more expensive, but periodic sales are usually worthwhile deals.

Great attention to shipping and packaging - considerately packaged and sealed, combined shipping priced fairly.

Quite good for second hand items. They don't have item by item pictures, but a quick and handy star system for condition is neat.

Beautiful figures, optimal package, quick delivery. Very attentive and professional who reply in a timely manner to my questions.

They’re speedy and deliver in good quality. Wanted to change shipping after purchase and they did that in no time, that is more than you get with Amazon and eBay.
