After quite a bit of research I chose Solar Power NI for my panel and battery installation due to their longevity in a volatile industry. That together with the the informative documentation they made available on the setups they offered reassured me regarding their professional competence. Pre-installation advice was excellent and ethical. Onsite work was efficient and of a high standard. Their post installation follow up is outstanding. I am delighted with the result.

This is now 2nd time I’ve used SolarPowerNI - 18 months ago to fit solar panels / eddi and a few weeks ago they fitted batteries / libbi. Communications, workmanship, helpfulness, quality are all of the highest standard. Connectivity of components is excellent through the app. All in all, I’m a happy customer and will shortly be talking to them about fitting of EV charger.

I had Solarpowerni fit Solar panels, a car charger (although no electric car yet lol) and EDDI to control everything via an app on the mobile. There was a few delays with the installation but with summer and holidays only to be expected. Brian, Liam and Kevin all excellent and spoke to Tiernan (on placement from Ulster Uni) in the office a few times who was very knowledgable and seemed to know his stuff. I would highly recommend them. They are only up and running a day. I can see the benefits already. I hope to get the battery at some stage as well. Thank you all.

Wow! What a company! Im so glad I decided to go with Solar Power NI for my glass panels and 7.6kw storage system along with the Eddi setup. Trust me your wasting your time dealing with other companies in Northern Ireland as most of it is cheap Chinese products, German glass panels, Austrian made inverter, top quality 👍🏻. From the day of installation and right through to 9 months later this company has went above and beyond to make sure everything is kept running smoothly and always there when I need advice on any part of the system, it is working fantastic and all the staff are a credit to this company, as Carlsberg would say probably the best in the world. You make this decision once so make it the right one. Thank you guys 🙂

We got quotes from multiple companies before deciding on SolarPowerNI. What sold it for us was Adam the rep who visited us, his knowledge and advice. The customer service throughout the process was superb from everyone on their team. We were constantly updated with the progress of the installation and the work carried out was excellent. We're really happy with our system.

Cannot recommend this company enough. We went for a 4.4kw system and it’s working great. Have to give credit to the electrician, did a very tidy job in our attic and was very friendly. Thank you very much.

from start to finish Solarpowerni were first class, a great one to one with the customer and just about everything was very well explained and set out in great detail, nothing hidden, all my questions were answered with honesty and in a straightforward manner which I like, no flowery language or beating about the bush, just straight answers to all my many questions.
I went for a solar power system to try and reduce my overheads on running a standard house, not a massive mansion, just a standard 3 bedroom home, from start to finish the tradesmen who attended were on time and did a good tidy job.
By all means look around , but I found Solarpowerni to be just what i wanted.

Excellent product and installation team.
Solar Power NI went out of their way to work around the needs of my business and took every precaution for the health and safety of my customers and staff at this busy Spar Store.
Couldn't fault the installers. Heads down and worked hard. I was surprised how much work they could get done in a few days.
Admin team gave regular updates on weather delays and safety precautions and completed the registration work a few days after the electrician had connected us up.

When I initially contacted Solar NI, I found them to be very knowledgeable about their products. They were very responsive via email and answered every question I had. It made my decision very easy to go with Solar NI. From order placed, I received an install date shortly after (which was 2 weeks later). The panel install team arrived when I wasn't at the house, however, they made contact with me on the phone to discuss an installation issue. They sent me WhatsApp pictures and the issue was easily resolved. The engineers fitted all the panels in one day and they left no rubbish and a very tidy job. 2 weeks later the electrical engineer arrived to connect up all the panels and install the panel inverter and Eddie diverter. Because this system had to be retro fitted, I knew some conduits would need to be exposed to wire the panel inverter and Eddie diverter but the installation is very neat and tidy and doesn't look out of place, albeit, the installation is within my hot press. The electrical works only took 1 day and the system was fully operational before the engineer left. Again the engineer was very informative and knew what he was talking about. I went with with a 5.2kw (Glass on Glass) system which can generate a maximum of 3.7kw due to the fact domestic installations are restricted to 3.7kw inverter. I also went with the Eddie diverter which uses the surplus electricity generated and diverts to your cylinder immersion heater. From my installation (7th Feb), there has been a few sunny days which generate really well and cloudy days are a bit slower to generate but I must say the water is always warm due to the Eddie Diverter.

Great product from a great team. Have nothing negative to say, all contacts from first enquiry to installation and follow up have been excellent. Installation came sooner than expected and job was done very neatly and quickly. Panels working well and hoping for even more benefits as daylight hours increase.
