Chris was super helpful throughout. Good communication from Chris and Gary the installer. Really pleased everything delivered on time. Fitter actually arranged to come a day earlier than originally planned. The Solarspot has made a huge difference to our landing even on the dullest of days. It’s a shame it’s only now I have got around to getting one installed.

I never even knew there was an answer to our window-less bathroom but in less than 3 hours, it was transformed! Excellent, fast and tidy work.

I've just installed a solarspot D-25 and am absolutely delighted with the results. It has transformed our windowless bathroom, the natural light is fantastic after using artificial lighting for years. The advice given by Chris was excellent and has made the installation very straight forward. I would highly recommend this company for their product and helpful staff.

We received excellent advice and support during our purchase. We had to change from two D25's to one D38 model due to issues in our loft and the team were very helpful, ensuring we got the best model for our needs. The delivery and installation went without a hitch and we couldn't be more pleased with the final result. I would definitely use Solarspot again and recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent product, sales and customer support; friendly, knowledgeable and proactive. Installer was excellent too; very respectful of the property, made the least mess possible and cleaned and vacuumed everything at the end to leave no trace. The end result is exactly what we had hoped for and has made such a difference in bringing in floods of natural light to the darkest area of the house.

Having done extensive research prior to purchase, I would highly recommend Solarspot.

Seriously impressed by the positive difference the light tunnel has made to our windowless landing- we already had a velux sun-pipe installed but the SolarSpot is by far superior in everyway! Don’t waste your time with other brands this is the best and the installation team were fantastic- arrived on time, cracked on and left it spotless. Could not ask for more!

We are absolutely delighted with our new Solarspot it has transformed our lounge! We have just had a conservatory built onto our lounge which has taken quite a lot of light. Now the room is bright with no dark spots. The Company are very professional and easy to deal with, from the initial enquiry to the installation We would recommend this product to everyone 👍

We were considering two velum windows in our extension but it was so expensive, I asked Solarspot for a quote and local installer. Within 24 I had a quote and was booked in. Everything went smoothly, Danny and Graham came, we shut the door the jod got done, no mess and lots of light in what was a dark room

Absolutely delighted with the Solarspot! The natural daylight that floods through the centre of my house now (no windows) is amazing! Chris was very helpful with regards to the purchase of the solarspot and with providing details of a recognised local installer.

I am saddened to have to leave a one star review. It all started so good - helpful answers to questions etc. Product works ok, but the customer service when things go wrong is just abysmal. I used the recommended installer. He was totally unreliable in terms of coming when he said and terrible at communicating. He installed one light and a few days later it started leaking. He eventually came back and "fixed" it. Nevertheless a few days later it started leaking again. I decided to employ another roofer who was horrified at what the first guy had done. Missing slates and filled in with rubble. I contacted Solarspot on two occasions. First time I got to speak to Chris (I had to ring him) and he said he'd get back to me - never did. Second time after I had the evidence of how bad his installer was, I never got any reply to my email.

Seems Solarspot don't care for their customers - just want to shift boxes. So if you decide to proceed find a good installer that you can trust and don't rely on using the recommended installer.

Full marks! Customer service excellent throughout the ordering process as I had no idea what parts I would need. All parts delivered on time. No mistakes, no issues, and all from an emailed sketch. Installation instructions also excellent and in full colour. Seriously one of the best companies I've ever dealt with.
