Totally transformed a dark shower room into a bright and inviting room, no need now to use electric lights during the day. Installation team very pleasant and informative, social distancing maintained throughout.

Approached the company when I was looking to have a solar spot installed. No hassle or hard sell, just honest and transparent information, together with a no fuss straight forward quote process. All very fast and efficient, from initial quote to install inside 3 weeks. Just brilliant. The product is super effective and delivers exactly what it says. I placed an order for supply & install of a Solarspot light tube and paid for it in full. Goods arrived then with less than 24hrs notice the installer emailed (not called!) to cancel the install. After raising a concern direct to Chris at Solarspot & to rearrange installation for the following week, Solarspot chose to cancel the entire installation & sale against my preference. Very poor customer service. Very disappointed in Solarspot, - wasted loads of my time. Based on this I would avoid.

Good communication, installers arrived on time, carried out work efficiently. Resulted in gloomy room turned into a bright room.

Quality product and accessories. Even down to heavy duty foil tape. Very effective light source for our previously dull bathroom.
Most importantly for me, Chris at Solarspot had every opportunity to sell me more product than I needed (I thought the bubble would need to be on the south facing side of my roof - it didn't) but took the time to explain why my assumption was wrong and pinpoint exactly what I needed. This saved me a fair bit of money. Helpful all the way. Nice to deal with a company who treat customers honestly. It doesn't happen often!

Very friendly & helpful people. Parts arrived on time through courier. Fitters were very friendly, clean & tidy and made no mess of any description & removed packaging outside. Sun Tunnel is amazing and I can’t believe how much light it lets in, it’s almost blinding! Worth every penny spent. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone thinking about having on installed. I can’t recommend Solar Spot highly enough. Not only the product but the excellent advice I received from Chris and the great fitter Andrew. I knew the daylight system would make a difference to our dark kitchen but I wasn’t expecting such a transformation. We were so impressed that we arranged for two more to be fitted in our hall.

The result is every bit as good as we were assured it would be!

I spoke to Chris, he knew exactly what I was try to explain, priced it up quickly for a bespoke set up.
Once I had paid, delivery was arranged within a few days.
Fitting was straight forward although always a worry when you are removing tiles and cutting holes in the roof!
Pleased with the amount of extra light it now provides.

The whole purchase and installation process was very quick and easy. Chris at Solarspot offered very helpful advice and kept me well informed over the delivery. The installation was done in half a day. We are very pleased with the result which has lightened up a dark landing. Only trouble is that we can now see that the room needs redecorating!
