A first class product installed a very professional and pleasant man. Having read about this product prior to purchase my expectations were high. I was not disappointed and my expectations were exceeded by a considerable margin.

I received excellent advice from Chris when making the purchase and Dermot made a first class job of fitting the Solarspot. Added bonus was that there was virtually no mess!

Friendly and helpful people when initially enquiring and deciding best installation. Very reasonable quote given. Kept in contact during Covid lockdown and worked with us to identify potential installation date and the parts arrived in full beforehand as agreed.

This product is fantastic, cannot believe how much light I get even on a north facing roof. Everyone, including the builders who are doing my extension are amazed at how much light they let in. I did a lot of research before committing to buying these and although the reviews I read were extremely positive the amount of light I get is beyond what I expected.

What a fantastic difference a SolarSpot has made to my landing and stairs area which is in the centre of the house with no natural daylight except for a very small amount of borrowed light through glass panels above the bedroom doors. I also had an electric light fitted within mine for night-time illumination without cluttering the ceiling with a separate light fitting. Delivery was very quick and their appointed installer completed the job within 3 hours. He worked in a very clean and tidy way, laying dust-sheets everywhere and cleaning up with his own vacuum cleaner afterwards before leaving. I am really impressed with both the product and service from SolarSpot and also from their Installer. I can't rate them highly enough. Many, Many thanks.

Having put a D35 into our kitchen, it made such a vast difference that we decided we had to put a small tunnel into our wet room.

Absolutely brilliant (literally). Only drawback.... we keep looking to switch the bloody light off. It is very strange at first and takes getting used to especially if you are paranoid about wasting electricity.

Can't praise it enough but be warned it is not a job for the amateur to install as the tunnel to tunnel tolerances are very tight. I used a builder who knew what he was doing. Otherwise get Solarspot to install it for you.

our kitchen is very dark with a window at one end.
After some research we decided on a Solarspot D-38 light tunnel.
Chris gave excellent support and advice over the phone and I installed the tunnel myself.
The amount of light captured through the tunnel is quite amazing and even on a less sunny day the natural light in the kitchen now is very much improved. In fact we have had people see the tunnel and do not believe it is daylight showing through they think it is some kind of artificial light.

The service I’ve received has been exceptional from initial contact with Chris - who has been very helpful through to delivery and finally installation. Rhys did a fabulous job and talked me through exactly what he was doing and why the Solarspot couldn’t be placed where I initially wanted it. All to do with the construction of the roof! I now have light in what was a gloomy hallway. Thank you all.

From first enquiry to Chris, to delivery by DPD, then install by Dermot 5 days in all - and that was over a weekend - brilliant. I just love it. No more dark hallway.

We had two rooms with no natural light at all and no possibility of installing windows due to the roofline of our dormer bungalow. We eventually selected Solarspot to provide a solution. From our first enquiry, we had excellent support from Chris and his team. We changed the scheme several times and decided on a trial plan, installing two pipes with the option of a third. The third wasn’t needed! The efficiency of these tubes is staggering, we are thrilled and the rooms feel very different. Chris found us an excellent installer too, who clearly knew his task and undertook it speedily and with minimal disruption. We haven’t seen a single scrap of dust or debris from the job. As you can imagine, we are thrilled. Highly recommended.

The Solarspot was delivered on time, Lee and Sam the installers were onetime, very tidy - no mess, and left us with an excellent installation. The solarspot itself is absolutely brilliant - no pun intended. The light in passage way has be transformed.

After much research and a telephone conversation with Chris I decided to go ahead and buy the Solarspot sun tube. It was delivered within two days of placing the order, easily installed and I can’t believe the amount of light it lets in.

My order was processed very quickly and in spite being hampered by lockdown it arrived the next day . As of this date the light tube has not been installed but I don’t anticipate any problems .

This product is Excellent!!

I was initially sceptical but after installing the tunnel this week I am amazed by the level of natural light that it provides. It is so much BETTER and BRIGHTER than the light previously provided by the window that I have had bricked up.

Dealing with the Solarspot team has been really simple and I found them to be extremely helpful on the phone and their service is excellent. I had to order an extra section because my builder put the outside section higher than was first planned and the team sorted me out straight away. The extra piece arrived the following day and was fitted easily.

I would DEFINITELY recommend this product and this supplier. Great job!

Having only seeing Solarspot tube systems on line,rang the help line recievedut this conversation fantastic information regards ordering,installing and delivery,throughout this call was able to give dimensions of the siting of system l required and was advised of all the parts needed. Went ahead and ordered ,payed and given a delivery date.System arrived @ the correct time slot allocated me.By reading instructions the system was installed with out any problems.This is a complete success giving the bathroom a brilliant lighting effect. Really pleased wth service & product
