Product worked for about 10 seconds! Will no longer switch on. I have emailed and emailed with no response. If I could give a zero rating I would. Do not buy!

Got the 5 in 1 hairstyler. Opened it, could tell straight off it wasn’t going to work on my hair. The quality of the product is awful. Sent and email asking about returning the item, no reply. About 5 emails later a day after the “30 day money back guarantee” I get a reply informing me that because I didn’t take out the lifetime guarantee I couldn’t get a refund. Was not impressed at all.
Fast forward to now, I figured I’d give the thing a go, I’m stuck with it so may as well give it a bash. Bloody thing cut out on me half way through drying my hair!!! Still plugged in, still switched on, dead. So I’m left £30+ quid out of pocket for a useless piece of tat that doesn’t even work after half a use! AVOID!!! Don’t waste your money.

I’ve emailed them and have had no response. They "offer" a refund 30 days and money back but I couldn't get in touch with them for 2 months. I had to contact my bank and ask for a refund. I will definitely report this company as a scam.

Received hair styler, worked for 10 minutes for basic drying then stopped, Won't switch on again. Emailed Customer support, they eventually replied 2 weeks later saying that because I used it and didn't purchase the lifetime guarantee for an extra £9.99 there is nothing they can do. Even though the website states 30 day money back guarantee. They won't even offer to replace the faulty item. DO NOT BUY its a waste of money and really cheap plastic.

SCAM!! Contact details on their website for a return do not exist. Email address is fake and emails bounce back. No other way to contact the company. They aren’t UK based as advertised. The Item does not work as advertised. Isn’t strong enough to grip hair around the curler. Cheap horrible smelling plastic. Avoid!

Scam!! Do not make the mistake of buying this. I’ve emailed them and have had no response. Luckily my bank is amazing and they have refunded and are looking into this.

Terrrible . They took money sent something of poor quality. Unlike what was in video/on TikTok. And then they disappeared……no refund , no emails from them, no response.

THIS IS A SCAM it’s a crap Chinese plastic thing that does not even turn on when plugged in. It’s turns on then off for 1 second. There’s no way to contact the company- you just get bounce backs. Do not buy from this company!

SCAM item arrvived not the same as advertised. Not able to return as company wont respond. Hoping my bank scan recall the money

It eventually arrived and it's Chinese rubbish nothing like the website. Didn't even come with an invoice so you can't return it. I contacted my bank waiting to here back it's not even in there packaging

Sent faulty hairdryer, doesnt even turn on! 2 pin plug, emails not answered. No way of contacting the Company, BIG SCAM avoid, selling dangerous appliances with no returns

Fake brand - don't trust them. Ordered from their website but received a cheap non branded copy that looks nothing like the product on their website.

Item arrived broken and unable to contact the company. The email comes back undelivered as it is ‘rejected’ by the company. Avoid

My wife saw ads on tv for this hair dryer and got me to search online for it. I found Solavey Ireland and paid for the hair dryer expecting a quick delivery. Delivery took a couple of weeks as it was shipped from China and it arrived with a 2 pin plug !!

Update 24/02/25. My wife tried this and it is useless and does not work as advertised. It is so bad that she threw it in the bin. DO NOT BUY
