fast and reliable delivery . But with the internet ordering process, patience is the name of the game. In my case, I thought at the first attempt, well, that didn't work, you have to repeat the ordering process. The result: there were two orders, which were then combined in one delivery (only one delivery cost). In my case, no problem, because I can use the parts, and I'm sure it could have been cancelled. So: a little patience :-)
