Rude staff with bad attitudes
Rude staff with very negative attitude in regards to my complaint it is just amazing when you complain about something just how much someone doesn't want to have to deal with what a customer has to say. I thought customer services was about communication not just ignoring a customer because you don't want to have to reply to something your company has done wrong.

Good Overall
Had the trainer I wanted at a good price. Order was confirmed but then went over the 5 day delivery without any communication as to why. I sent an email asking for an update but this was not answered. The delivery cost was then refunded out of the blue and the trainers arrived the next day approx. 7 dsas after they were ordered. Generally a good experience but an update or communication as to the delay would have set my mind at ease. Maybe included a telephone number in your contact details rather than just an email.

Great place to buy authentic footwear
This was my first order and the trainers were brilliant, definitely authentic. My only issue was it took 2 weeks for them to be delivered. I'm wondering if the reason is due to maybe the trainers are sourced from another country and sold soles have to wait for them to be delivered to them before shipping to customers? All that aside my son is delighted and we'll definitely be purchasing again. A massive thanks to sold soles 👍
