Job done under budget and ahead of time
I agreed to a 2 hours quote to do a stem change, brake cable re-route and sort out a bearing issue. The brakes weren't as complicated as feared and they did the job in 45mins and would only charge me for that. This is why I keep coming back over the years with my different bikes. Thanks again Mike and Robin

Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend Solent Cycles Fareham
I found the standard of work done on my bike wasn't very thorough.
Very poor customer service and the basics that you should expect to receive after having a BB replacement done such as tuning the front derailleur wasn't done!
The customer service i felt i received from Mike in particular was very patronising.
Almost personal in my opinion!!

Perfect service from start to finish
I used Solent Cycles (Fareham) recently to buy my first bike in 20 years, placing the online order on Thursday night. I was contacted Friday advising the bike would be ready for me on Saturday. The service from start to finish was great, with the guys in the shop being incredibly helpful running through the bike and fitting it to me before I left. I've been out for a few rides since and I've had no issues at all. I'd happily use their services again.
