This is a scam company.
I ordered a pair of shoes in April 2021. As of February 2025 I'm still waiting for my shoes. I sent several emails asking about my shoes, but haven't heard a thing since July 2021.
I paid 240$ for two pair of shows and they've never arrived. A few responses requesting to wait but then nothing happened. I've been sending over months the requests to give me an update but no response at the end and no shoes.
I ordered a pair of shoes in February, with the 16 week period of making the shoes coming in around May.
May hit, no shoes. I contacted the company and their CEO replied with a very nice email explaining, due to Covid, there was delays in orders.
September hits, still no shoes. I contacted again and was assured they were in the process of being made and I'd be updated on sending.
October hits, nothing. I contacted them for a full refund, no reply. Haven't heard from them since, as their replies used to be within 2 days.
I've contacted them various times in hopes of a reply, still nothing.
What a disaster.
