The guys who came to carry out the works were polite, courteous and very professional. We can now sit in the conservatory whatever the weather. Would recommend to anyone

I can not fault the service or workmanship we received from Solicon. From Andy's initial visit to the plaster leaving the whole process has been smooth and straightforward.
Andy came round to give us a quote, he was polite and professional answering all our questions and queries with ease. We did have some other quotes but felt comfortable with Andy and confident we would get what we wanted. We agreed the quote with him and he explained we would get a call from Luke with an installation date and a detailed plan. Luke did exactly that and we had a schedule of works sent through with arrival times for each day and who to expect. Connor, James and Mac turned up promptly on the first 2 days to remove the roof and install the new one. The whole time they were polite and a pleasure to have around. The two electricians turned up on day three to install the light fittings, again very professional and nothing was too much trouble. Then on day four Jack the plasterer was with us all day to finish the job. Thank you all for our fabulous new room!
Over all the whole team have been amazing and would not hesitate to recommend them.

From Andy coming out to the price the job , then the step by step email from Luke about the time scale and delivery of the equipment and skip and Connor and Max arriving on time and working very efficiently, tidy and methodically. We had a slight hiccup with the plastering but I contacted Luke and it was dealt with straight away .
Very happy with our new roof and pleased with our new room .

From Andys first visit to total job completion all works were carried out efficiently and competently. All the workman were prompt, tidy and conducted themselves with total professionalism. What can I say? Excellent from start to finish. Cannot commend them highly enough. From our first visit from Andy, Luke's organisational skills and the full fitting team, electrician and plasterer, outstanding in every way. Fast, efficient, clean and polite - the end result we are more than happy with and better than we expected. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

A recommendation from a friend prompted us to use Solicon and from start to finish it had been faultless. We were given an itinerary of works and kept informed of any changes by Luke. From the survey to completion of new roof excellent service. The 4 different teams ,surveyor, installers ,electrician and plasterers were all excellent in their jobs. Kept informed at all stages by the office. If you want your conservatory roof changed these are the people to go to. Big thank you to all concerned.

From beginning to end, the entire team at Solicon were genuinely outstanding. From Andy’s amazing care, advice and understanding, to Luke’s military organisation skills (!), it was wonderful. At every stage of having our conservatory roof replaced - from the roof itself, to the electrician’s work to the painting & decorating, the quality of the work was exceptional, the patience and clear empathy with the customer was superb. Attention to detail was second to none in all areas. No corners cut.

Wow what an amazing team. From start to finish the job ran like clockwork. Pleasant workmen who worked their socks off. Absolutely thrilled with our new roof. Would not hesitate in recommending this company.

After some research for a company to replace our conservatory roof, we had no hesitation in choosing Solicon. The quote was originally given to us in February 2022 however because of other works going on at home we delayed it. When I contacted Solicon again in August 2022, they honoured the original quote which given the current climate, we thought was very good. The works were due to start in October 2022 but because of scaffolding next door they could not get access so it was rescheduled for February 2023. They turned up early on Tuesday morning & the roof was finished by Wednesday afternoon, even our neighbours commented on how hard they worked. The attention to detail is great & the roof looks fantastic. We had spotlights installed as well which has made it so much brighter as well as the conservatory now being as warm as the rest of the house. The contact with Solicon throughout the quotation & works is second to none & we have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

A seamless, stress free installation from start to finish. Andy came to quote and was so helpful yet with no hard sell. Then Luke organised the project including the skip, the building regs and the fitters and plasterer. Connor & James worked so hard with the installation, closely followed by Jake, the electrician and Jack, the plasterer. All really polite, hardworking guys. No long tea breaks or slipping off for long breakfasts! They have even sorted out someone to replace a blown window. The work all looks great. It's been an absolute pleasure and probably the easiest home improvement we have ever had done! Just waiting for the plaster to dry so we can get the ceiling and walls painted and start enjoying using our conservatory again, all year round! Thank you Solicon.

The work itself was done promptly as promised; the fitters were polite, tidy and pleasant - and they finished on time.
We are still to decorate and complete the internal fittings and work but the roof element is complete and we are very happy with the outcome.
