I am absolutely thrilled with my new roof - Solicon were fantastic from start to finish.

I turned to Solicon after being let down by a cowboy builder who had left me with an awful and leaky roof. Andy and Luke were sympathetic and set out clearly how the new roof would be designed and installed. From start to finish the team were professional, friendly and thorough. The build was scheduled perfectly with the job completed within a week. The quality of the build is fantastic. I would definitely recommend Solicon to friends and family.

Service from start to finish was impeccable. Everyone was professional, helpful and extremely hard working. Communication has been excellent and I’m extremely happy with the result . A great team of people that make a wonderful company. I would have no hesitation in recommending SC Roofs .

All these 5-star reviews, surely something is amiss? That's what we thought and maybe you are thinking the same!? After selecting Solicon from a short-list of four, we can tell you that they are worthy of another 5-star review. Andy was a pleasure to deal with from the initial site visit, being very informative and relaxed, without the need to oversell. Andy handed over to Luke to project manage, and he was also excellent to deal with - he even managed to squeeze our fitting day in a whole month earlier than scheduled! In advance, we were told via email exactly who, when, and what to expect - on the day the team of three arrived on time and cracked on and completed the roof install in one (long) day! Fantastic. Over the next two weeks the electrics and plastering were done by similarly superb guys - courteous, respectful and professional. Such a stress-free and simple process - makes you wonder why other services and organisations can't be as good. And before, I forget, they were very competitive on pricing, significantly better than two other names in this field that we asked to quote. Do not hesitate to use them.

Fantastic experience from start to finish, and wishing we had done this years ago. From the initial visit by Andy, to Luke overseeing everything and ensuring the whole project went to plan. Special mentions must go to the team that did the bulk of the work over the initial 2 days (James, Connor & Connor) - outstanding in every respect. Thanks lads. The electrician (Jake & Dom) and the plasterer (Jack) ensured the job was finished to the highest standard. We can't recommend Solicon highly enough.

We met with Andy and he talked us through what he was proposing, which made us confident that Solicon was the company we wanted to replace our old glass roof, which was leaking.
He provided a clear quote and price was very reasonable.
Luke the project manager organised the builders, electricians, plasterers with such efficiency. He informed us of visit days and times and all turned up on time and date set.
The old roof was down by mid day and the new roof was up by early evening. It took 5 days for most of the work to be completed and James and his team were polite and very hard working. Electricians and Jack the plasterer arrived after. Special thanks to Jack the plasterer for turning the room into a stunning room and Harry the bricklayer who fitted the cavity trays in some extraordinary weather conditions. Finally we would like to thank Luke for being so patient with us and being so organised and efficient with the project. He immediately dealt with any concerns and was contactable by E mail or text to which he responded very quickly. We would recommend Solicon for your replacement roof. Thank you Tony and Polly Kelly

We wanted to have our conservatory roof replaced for a number of years, but we were waiting for recommendations from friends and family. In the end our neighbour gave us SC Roofs contact details. After calling and making the appointment for Andy to visit, to calling Luke to book the work to be done was seamless!
Everyone is happy to help, no questions were silly and when we wanted to book in around 6 months later when the weather would be better, we did not get the hard sale we had previously received, which was a breathe of fresh air.
We had Connor, James, Connor Billy on our team and could not say enough good things about them ( other than their shocking singing!) professional, punctual, clean contentious tradesmen. They left my garden my neighbours garden for access and my home clean each day; even though we did battle with the English weather a little. They were approachable for me to ask questions on each stage of the roof being replaced.
Luke was at the end of the phone for all questions or queries. He organised the electrician and Jake/Dominic and Jack the plasterer to complete their part of our new room coming to life.
We are extremely happy and we cannot shout more highly enough from our new roof, what an amazing trustworthy company SC Roofs are.

We had several quotes for a new conservatory roof and went for Solicon based on the reviews and arranged visit to a previous customer. The service has been excellent from the initial survey from Oliver, the project management by Luke - who made things go like clockwork and ensured all the buildings regs were sorted timely , the build by Connor, James and 2 other workmen, electrics by Dom and plastering by Jack. It truly has been a stress less experience and the quality of work looks excellent. Already we’ve noticed less rain noise and it’s noticeably warmer. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Wow what can we say from start to finish Solicon Conservatory Roofs exceeded expectations!! From the quoting stage where Andy explained all the detail impeccably. Then at installation stage the team turned up on the day as promised and on time, James and Connor explained each stage, tidied up after themselves and the project ran smoothly, the electrician and plasterer were booked in consecutively and also did a fantastic job. Such a a friendly team.

Lastly it’s made such a difference we wish we had done this sooner.

Then Dom and James turned up for the electrics and put right my problem of no former light switch for the conservatory , great work
And then Jack came and did a wonderful job of plastering the ceiling,
The whole transformation was executed swiftly and finished perfectly
I am very pleased with the results and am glad I chose Solicon roofs to do the job

I found the company Soilcon Roofing Ltd on facebook.
from the first phone call to arrange a home visit to the completion of my new roof this company has been exdceptional in every way. I was given a schedule of works by Luke and it work to the letter. Firstly the two guys Kieran & Jack who constructed the roof, their work ethic & workmanship was second to none. They were ready to start work at 7.30 every morning and worked solid until 5pm &cleared up each day. Then came the electricians who worked on a Saturday again amazing work ethic and very high standard they were followed the Plaster who again amazing work ethic and second to none finish. All the trades were a pleasure to get to know. My roof was finished within two weeks. I couldn't recommed this company more highly.

I spoke with Andy back in Sept 2020 before the pandemic , having had several quotes at time we decided in July this year to go a head and called Andy to come round and re- quote the conservatory again given it was (3 years ago.)
Andy came across very genuine and not at all pushy! he provided me with a extremely competitive quote, and thoroughly went through all of the details of the proposed work.
My wife and I decided that afternoon that we were going to use Solicon.
Now, some seven weeks on Solicon having completed the work and we could not be happier with everything from discussions with Andy, communication and the project plan supplied by Luke, to the politeness,unbelievable hard work and professionalism displayed by those who carried out the work was to the highest standard. in particular "Kostas" who replaced the roof, was easily the most profesional, hard working builder we have ever met!- thank you Kosta! - for doing such a great job!.
Also the electricon and plaster I cannot fault.
All in all. I would recommend anybody who is thinking about replacing their conservatory roof to concider Solcon.

Wow! What an amazing experience it’s been seeing our 20 year old conservatory totally transformed. Connor and his team arrived on site at 7am on the Mondayafter the skip had been delivered at 6.45am) and by 4pm the old roof had been stripped off, the new lightweight tiled roof and ceiling completely installed AND the site cleaned up! The electrician came, as scheduled, on Wednesday to install the downlighters, and the plasterer on Thursday, leaving us with a beautifully skimmed ceiling….I stand in awe! Having worked as an architect for half of my life I can honestly say I have never seen such efficiency on a building site. Friendly, cheerful and energetic people! I can’t recommend Solicon Roofs highly enough! Well done to you all!!!

Brilliant from start to finish. Solicon were recommended by our daughter who had her conservatory roof replaced a year or so earlier. Happy with the price quoted by Andy and very impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the fitting team led by Connor and James who did a great job as did the plasterers, electrician and painter (Jim). They were all a credit to Solicon as was Luke who managed the project.

We are so pleased with the result. The new roof has transformed our conservatory into a great addition to our home rather than a hothouse or fridge.

The installation, of our Conservatory solid roof, was carried out in a very professional manner by extremely pleasant tradesmen, roof installers, electrician and plasterer. Materials used are of a very high quality. The completed job is visually effective and energy efficient and is something that will satisfy us over the coming years.
