From the initial enquiry, until the finished roof, the service we received from Solicon was excellent. We were kept informed every step of the way, via phone call and email, and prior to the installation, a timetable of how the work
would be completed was sent to us.
Our roof fitters Jack and Bill, the electricians and Jack the plasterer all did an amazing job. They were pleasant, polite and extremely hard working on some very long days. The time keeping of everyone was outstanding.
We are delighted with our new roof and would have no hesitation in recommending Solicon to anyone.

Everyone that we dealt with did what you what you would hope for when you are having an important job done.
The thing that stands out in particular is that I didn’t have worry about any part of the installation, everyone just did their job. Andy with his initial advice and design. Luke in the office coordinating the work. Luke and Sam, a fantastic team and made the work look simple, they barely stopped all day. Electrician excellent, all cable concealed and the plasterer finished the job to perfection. Many thanks to all.

Surely they can’t be as good as the reviews! Believe me Solicon Roofs really are!! From start to finish the service and professionalism has been exceptional! From the initial call back for the enquiry, to Alan being so helpful and assisting with all our queries. The site survey carried out by Luke and any questions about the project it was all covered and not pushy at all! And also Darren and Del from D&D windows who replaced all the windows and doors efficiently and perfectly before the roof was replaced, all coordinated by SC Roofs. Luke and Sam arrived as informed by 7am on the first morning of roof replacement, and did not stop all day, they were patient with any adjustments that needed to be carried out and worked through all weathers! Whilst also keeping everything clean and tidy. The result looks amazing. The electricians arrived the following week and fitted the lighting and accommodated all our requests, again all very efficient and friendly. Jack the plasterer then finished it all off beautifully with amazing plastering work to complete the build perfectly and bring our conservatory back to life! I cannot recommend this company highly enough, the professionalism, friendliness and project management has been amazing. Also the pricing for whole project and quality is much better than any other company we were quoted. You will not find better!

Can't fault the experience we had.
There was excellent communication throughout. We were given a clear time table of works and everything happened exactly as planned.
All the workmen at each phase were polite and considerate. Each team executed their part professionally and to a high standard.
All waste was cleared up and every scrap of rubbish was put in the skip.

Whole project was well handled. From our initial enquiry, subsequent queries we had and the actual build. Everyone worked hard and the actual construction, the electrician, then plasterer arrived as scheduled (and building control). Skip went from our front drive one week after being delivered.

Overall a great product and service from Solicon! From the initial sales visit, Alan was experienced, informative and not pushy at all. Luke then followed up with dates and a clear schedule of the work involved, and handled all the Building Regs on our behalf. The team of roof builders, electrician and plasterer were all super friendly, polite and extremely hard working. The conservatory now looks more like a posh extension than a conservatory - its so smart! We are looking forward to being able to use the additional space this offers us all year round hopefully.

From start to finish the process was first class The roof removal and replacement took the forecast 2 days. Billy and Jack worked incredibly hard with Billy going the extra mile. So clean and tidy. Electrician on time and good. The plasterer came on time and a fantastic job No mess and quick

From day one. The workmanship was excellent. They started early and finished late. They worked together as a team. Can not find any fault in any of their work or their enthusiasm to make a perfect job.

Great service from these guys. Initial home visit consultation was highly informative & professional. Workers arrived bang on time & worked tirelessly across 3 days & the end result is a great looking conservatory, inside & out, which has now provided a much needed reduction in temperature during this warm summer - & we will now even be able to use it during the winter!
A couple of extremely minor issues were sorted immediately with the electrical guys travelling miles to me - again bang on time - for a really quick fix & overall I would highly recommend Solicon :-)
