The lovely people at Solicon were absolutely brilliant. From initial enquiry, speaking with Claire who was incredibly friendly, to Alan, the salesman who explained everything so clearly, to Luke who sent everything we needed over email and rang every now and then with updates, to the excellent installers, electrician and plasterers to turned up on time, worked incredibly quickly (even in almost 30 degrees weather) and were so professional and accurate with what they were doing.
The entire project took less than two weeks with us getting booked in only a month and a half after first enquiry.
I would recommend Solicon to everyone who needs their conservatory roof replacing. I look forward to actually using the conservatory all year around now!

Solicon have hit the jackpot with their team, Connor and James. They really are a 'dream team', knowing exactly what each other is doing and getting on with; without the need to communicate. They work unbelievably well together.

Solicon were professional in all areas from beginning to end. A comprehensive and competitive quote , a really clear outline as to what to expect each day during the build, when to expect the trades and skip etc.
The guys had a long journey over but started promptly just after 7am, worked solidly to 6pm with just a lunch break. I couldn’t fault them. The electrician and plasterer arrived as per the schedule and we’re keen to know if I was happy and that everything had gone according to plan. Everyone is invested in the job , you just get the feeling that you’re important.
I can’t recommend them highly enough.

This is the second time we have used Solicon to refurbish our conservatory having moved house. This job was a major reconstruction of a 20 something year old conservatory because we had the windows and doors replaced in addition to a new roof.
The work was expertly project managed from start to finish and professionally constructed by two excellent guys. The perfect finishing touches were carried out by the plasterer.
The final result is an outstanding success and we would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Solicon to anyone.

Lovely crew of workmen who arrived on time. They were efficient and a pleasure to deal with. They worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. Absolutely no complaints and a job well done.

Excellent from start to finish , two very polite young men came to replace our conservatory roof , arrived on time , worked hard and left everything neat and tidy when they had finished, the plasterer and electrician were the same , hard working with a good eye for detail

I was so pleased to find Solicon. There are so many companies offerings similar services but none gave me the confidence that the job would be so well done to a very high standard like Solicon did. From start to finish I was pleased with the efficiency of the fitters which arrived early and worked like trojens. The finished product is a great looking roof with high quality materials used. The support and updates from Luke were very reassuring. Recommend to anyone looking for replacement conservatory roof.

The new conservatory roof appears to be exactly what we wanted.
It has been constructed professionally with all the materials as explained to me and the finish is first class.The exterior composite tiles look smart and will doubtless do their job.The interior plasterboard and plaster finish is immaculate and awaits painting.

We now have a fantastic conservatory roof thanks to Solicon! Every step of the process from the initial sales visit, through the order processing and implementation was seemless and completely stress free. Everyone was highly professional and courteous as every stage. Not only that but Solicon were significantly cheaper than many other companies that we went to for quotes. Overall a great experience and a great product.

Wow! I read all the great reviews and thought they can’t be that good, oh yes they are! The whole experience from Andy coming round last year to measure up, to Luke in the office calling and emailing us about the process and what would happen. To the two guys Luke and Sam arriving at 7am on a Monday morning and by 9:30am no longer having the old roof, to them leaving on Wednesday and it was finished bar the electrician coming to install the spot lights in the new ceiling followed by Jack and the plasterers to finish everything, it took 5 days to complete and what a transformation! They organised everything inc. building control who came out twice and we never met them as Solicon do everything for you. We now have a room we can use all year round and if you have a conservatory that doesn’t get used all year round because the roof is not fully insulated, get Solicon round to quite, and you won’t be disappointed. Thanks guys I can’t believe the difference and your professional working method is to be applauded as we are having a new kitchen this month and to sadly we aren’t getting the same level of customer care you guys give. The new conservatory is our field kitchen for the next month!

From my initial enquiry through to completion everything about solicon has earnt my 5 star review. I cannot fault the service that i have received and the work that was carried out.
The entire team were awesome and were very polite and stayed within all the time frames that were given.
I have overseen the work on behalf of my mum as she wasnt always able to be at home due to a hospital stay.
I gave Billy a key to my house and left him to coordinate the job and see it through to the end.

The electrician and the plasterer were prompt and also completed their works in a timely manner.

Overall I am 100% satisfied with all the work carried out to make my mums conservatory a nicer place to spend more time in.

All I can say is brilliant from start to finish. We were very well informed on everything that would be happening with our build from the very start to the end. The two young guys, Bill and Jack who came on days one and two were just fantastic. Their work ethic was second to none. They worked so hard so a massive thank you to them. The new lights and the plastered ceiling really make the roof special and has transformed the room completely into a really useable space. Would high recommend Solicon Conservatory Roofs.
