Dereck Smith was extreemly responsive to a microsoft security problem that I was having. Dereck was able to quickly and curteously identify and resolve the situation. Very pleased with the support.

I was looking for an old printer driver and solusoft proposed me driverdoc to find the right driver. Yes the name Doc gives confidence but this software contain function/potentially virus that are slowing my PC (since the download my mouse is going slower and my PC is lagging...)

We have been working with Solvusoft for a couple of years now and have purchased 10 licences for our company workers. They are professional and customer support is amazingly beautiful. Always get a quick one call resolution over the phone.

Installs a bunch of unwanted crap programs on your computer.

Fixed my laptop after I accidentally deleted my touchpad driver. The medion website would not give be the correct driver but I ran their software and it found the correct one and now my touchpad works again! very happy

Their software is great because it is super efficient. I am highly satisfied with their customer support team. They are available 24/7 via phone call/ Email. Most software companies do not provide customer support on the phone but their staff is well experienced and they will walk you through the process. I highly recommend them.
