Hartelijk dank voor deze review.
Het is aan de hand van deze dat wij steeds proberen onze service te verbeteren.
We hebben contact opgenomen met de transportfirma in kwestie.
Zij hebben momenteel technische problemen waardoor niet alle mails vanuit hun systeem (dus met trackingcode) worden verstuurd.
Zij werken hier aan om dit euvel op te lossen en opnieuw alle bestemmelingen van leverinformatie te voorzien.

I used this platform to order boiler
I used this platform to order boiler. I chose Vaillant boiler because according to the reviews and description of it, it perfectly suited my needs.
The only thing is the price. I believe it could be lower, because once I faced such a boiler somewhere else and it was 200 euro cheaper, so I suspect this service in a rather big mark-up on products. Maybe it's the single case, I am not sure and don't want to accuse the company, but it wasn't that pleasant to me.
However, boiler works well, no hiccups...

Defective product
Hi,
I just got my package today from the Parcel Shop it was dropped to, only to realize that it was defective as the electronic part was completely burned up !
I am very disappointed because I ordered this to place it at one of my client's house and not only wasn't I able to do it as I promised him, but I also passed for someone who provides bad material to his clients.
I'd like to be reimbursed or provided with a functional device.
