It is better not to buy NIKO Hydro in this store.
Hydro switch, you brought them without the original packaging and both were badly scratched. They looked like they had been previously used. In your store, the return of goods is paid and it makes no economic sense to return these switches. I wanted to make a large order of sockets and switches in the future, but now I will definitely refuse to buy from your store. I do not want you to send sockets and switches without the original packaging.

Good shop in general
I was about to write a very positive review of my shopping experience with Solyd.be Indeed, everything was just fine until I opened the box - a wide choice of goods, very competitive prices, prompt delivery. However, the problem appeared when I unpacked and installed one of the socket outlets. It simply broke down during the installation - when tightening the screws one of the claws detached and when I removed the socket, I noticed the plastic base around the claw was broken. The second socket was installed into the same place without any problem. You may say - do not apply extra force to the screws? I couldn't do that because with an adjustable torque screwdriver that's simply impossible. Normally, there should be a warranty for all goods sold in Belgium, either a manufacturer's warranty. However, the reply from the shop was quite short - "our terms and conditions say that you should have checked the content of the box within two (!) days after reception. We cannot help you further". Therefore, my review ends up with two stars: five for the good shopping experience, and zero for aftersales support. And the question for the future - maybe in some cases it worth to pay more in BRICO and be sure that you can get a refund in case of problems?
Update of 28/04/2023 - It's probably been a misunderstanding, as there was no visible damage. The damaged item was refunded in full.
