The parcel was sent to the correct address
The parcel was sent to the invoicing address despite my prior coordination on this matter.
The website is somewhat confusing when comes to ordering and multiple addresses that could be used.

Sorry its me again
Sorry its me again. But after two orders I think you really should check and improve your delivery system. I made one order but the kabelgoot is in one pack with my nane and all small pieces are in the second box without name. The deliver doesn't know that I should receive 2 packages. After received the kabelgoot, I told her that I'm still missing something but she couldn't find the second box because there is no name to verify. We have to check the very long series number of each box in the storage, compared with the series from emails...We finally found the second box but its series number is not 100% similar to the one from email, just almost similar. I have to show up my ID for guarantee to receive the second box.
Your kabelgoot price is good, but the delivery is not. For my first order, kabelgood went to my home and the second box went to the delivery point. For my second order, both packages went to the delivery point with the no name story above, plus that the kabelgoot was damage a bit from its end.
I think, just simply attach the second box to the kabelgoot by tape, correct series number, clear name and that's it.
