I’ve received impeccable customer service from Sommer Swim on two separate occasions - they have assisted me to track down sizes across their stores, and also to make quick and easy exchanges when I’ve ordered the wrong size. Their team is second only to their incredible swimwear, which is the highest quality, so comfortable and flattering, and which I come back to every trip and every summer.

The marketing and social media brand strategy is on point but don’t been fooled the quality is terrible (shein vibes) and the bikinis are only flattering on an extremely thin frame not worth the price.

I recently purchased the Rocha bottoms with the Daria top. I recommend this combination for a petite frame (I usually wear XXS). They look great, feel soft and I feel supported for an ocean swim.

I recently have had surgery to remove endometriosis and have been conscious of wearing bikinis due to the scarring from surgery. But the way the bikini bottoms are designed, they cover all three of my scars perfectly!

I will definitely be purchasing again soon :)

I have been buying sommer swim since 2016. Amazing quality and original designs. I usually fit a standard sample size, and I get Small. Customer care is excellent, so I would definitely recommend. Everyone always compliments on my ss swimwear! ♥️

I ended up wanting to swap my size and reached out to the customer service team to help me do so. Sarah was incredibly attentive and helped me make a quick exchange so I didn't miss out on the product selling out. The colour is stunning, delivery was super prompt and the swimwear is all double lined which is amazing!! I personally am in between sizes so sized up with Sommer but love mine and wear it all the time!

So, I bought a pair of bikini bottoms. I did not tear off the sticker. I returned them as they did not fit. They were tried on OVER underwear and did not touch my skin. I took a photo to prove the state of the item prior to putting it in the post.

More than 10 days later…they send a photo of the item with a STAIN.

Let me say this…a water stain cannot maintain over 10 days. It would be completely dried out by then. Also, the sticker was removed when they sent me a photo to “prove” there was an issue with the return. But I never removed the sticker as they cannot be put back on effectively. The sticker remained on the entire time.

After shipping it back, they claimed (incorrectly) that I caused a stain on the item with the sticker torn OFF.

They forced me to not only keep this dirty item and pay for it, but also the return shipping.

Kindly note, this item was returned within 48 hours in Winter. They were NOT worn, they didn’t even fit to be worn and definitely NOT stained or even wet when they were returned.

Utterly fraudulent and would not even have a rational conversation about this.

Note that, they were ALREADY sent a photo of the item totally without any stain just BEFORE it was sent.

The fact the sticker was removed, I believe this item was tampered with, or the original item sent, already had this issue.

Again - rationally - a watermark cannot last 10 full days on lycra.

They claim they have no reason to not credit the return - well, actually, this item is too small for most people and has been on sale for a while. Why lose the money?

The quality of the products is okay proportional to their price. Custumor Service was good, refund was offered for the eu shop

The bikini I ordered is amazing, fits perfectly! What is more, Sommers’ customer service is great—responsive and genuinely helpful throughout the shopping experience. Highly recommended!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! So many bad things to say about them. The material of their items is horrible. It’s not what you would expect for the price of each items. The fit of the swims are just atrocious, and even if you reach out to the team for help, they surely will respond promptly for one reason: if you do try to exchange because FYI (THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS) they will literary scam you out of the “credit” they mention in their return policy. I have sent my items and tried to exchange for credit based on their policy, and they surely kept it. So they managed to get my return to resale and also keep my money. Truly a scam!

unserious company at least on returns, they don't give your money back, they don't help or rather they extend the response time to let the 14 days pass, and the waiting times for restock are almost infinite so you can say goodbye to your bikini (and money). In my case you are left with a piece of the costume, which you know you will never be able to match and the other piece returned but with a coupon on the site that you don't do anything with. In addition to spending €220 for a bikini you also paid the return and shipping costs for a total of €28... not very serious in the return service, in the end it would be enough if they were more correct in the sizes. They probably invert them to sell more otherwise it is not clear how it is possible that they fit so much. In the end the product is beautiful, the material seems good. Too bad that on my part they will only have bad publicity if they continue not to solve the problem.

I’ve been buying sommer swim for years and they are really great bikinis that run true to size. Also any issues the customer service team are quick to resolve and help out!

Seems ridiculous that they don’t swap sizes when there is a 30% off sale site wide when there are other sizes available and the customer is willing to pay for the return. Wouldn’t buy again, sizes run very small.

Very disappointed from the quality after you pay for it. I wear the bikini only 10 times during the whole year and the holder just break like porcelain I washed it with hand only so should be not happening after such a short time of using it. Also the color will disappear quickly bikini looks styli but for this price I expect a bit more about quality.

They only give STORE CREDIT for returns, even if it's just a top not swim bottoms. It's ridiculous. Their tops only fit an A cup. I ordered a large and it's too big around but yet the cups don't cover 1/4 of me. No good. And now I'm stuck with a swim top I can't use and have to pay out of pocket to send back just to get a store credit for another top that will be too small.

Honestly their customer service is bad. Things are super slow and they don’t allow refunds, only exchanges. ALSO! Fitting is all off!!! Like quality is eh… I’m 5’6” 125 lbs standard fit body and two out of 4 of the tops fit terribly and now I will have store credit I don’t know what to do with
