I ordered my 3d pen in November. Didn't arrive on the due date since then have had apologetic emails then offered a refund claimed it was sent to my account needless to say it never turned up and now they won't even answer emails.
I wish I had read the reviews before i ordered

I have paid for 2 3D pens and a coil pkg way back in December!!!! I have not received the product and you do not respond to my emails and surprise surprise your " samoraofficial.com " is unavailable at this time !!!

Ordered 5 x PEN'UP 3D Complete Packs last week of November for christmas gifts. DID NOT recieve anything.
On 12/1 I recieved the email below yet still no refund. This company is a SCAM and I WOULD NOT pruchase anything from them.

Should be no stars. Order 1st week of dec. And still have received nothing. Sent emails and no reply back. Not a happy person and neither is my grandson.

Total scam.
Ordered early Dec and was told it would arrive before Christmas, then told it would come first week of Jan then I was told a refund was given allow up to 30 days.
So far no pens no refund.
Multiple emails sent, a few have been answered but all lies.
Please don't waste your money!!!
Disgusted in fell for this but more Disgusted they can get away with it grrrr

Yup, we have all been scammed. I blame myself mostly for not doing my research. I saw the 3D pen on Amazon and was going to buy it, but then this ad popped up and played on my heartstrings... Proudly Canadian... etc... Never arrived ... promised refund ... no response ... and now their website is down "System Maintenance, be back soon"

Total scam!!! I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering from this company.
In November 2025, I ordered a 3d pen kit and it did not arrive in time for Christmas, even though I too was told it had been shipped. I then requested a refund and the response was that a credit was issued to my credit card, but it could take up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed by my bank. More than 14 business days have passed and no refund. My emails are not being answered and it seems that this company has vanished into thin air.
My grandson was really looking forward to receiving this gift. What a huge disappointment!

By sending my purchase and replying to my emails. Have unhappy grandchildren. Got an email to say it would be here before Xmas. It wasn't. Then give us 48 hours to find out about order
That was on the 6th January 2026 and nothing since

Product never arrived.
Refund never arrived.

I ordered the 3-D pen set for my grandson for Christmas. I checked delivery status often and was assured it would arrive by Christmas. It was not delivered and when I notified the company they promised they would issue me a refund - WHICH STILL HAS NOT BEEN DONE! SCAM!!

I ordered two pairs of 3D pens, which never arrived. I sent several emails, and their response was always that the order had been shipped and should have arrived before Christmas. It never did. I requested a full refund three times, but each time they only replied that they were “investigating the issue,” with no follow-up or resolution. Don’t buy from this company. Total scammers!!!

I wish I saw and check the review before I made my purchase at Somora official!!!! I am too being scammed but this company !!! My order placed on 11/30/25 was promised to deliver before 12/24/25, never delivered. Email sent on multiple times asking refund and got their responses with promises my refund being issued. It has been more than 2 weeks a still no refund!!! SCAMMER this company is!!! I’m sure they will try to scam again around holidays season… and I’ll make sure post all the exchange emails on their promo post to prevent them from scamming others!

This is a fraudulent company. Do NOT order for this company! I did not receive what I ordered and paid for with no response from their customer service. Disgusting company

I ordered 3D pens in November. By Christmas no delivery. Dec 27 asked for delivery tracking and I got many apologies but no delivery. I asked for cancellation and refund. Again, many apologies, no forthcoming refund. every 2 weeks I asked where is refund, they blamed their "transfer agent"

Order a product: Pen UP3D Complete Pack for $39.00 on November 28/25 Order #22665 not able to track the shipping, did 1-4 days via FedX. The replies to my email always said it will arrive on Friday, It is now Jan 19/25 and no product. They didn't say which Friday or in which year. January 14/26 I request a refund no reply. All “3D” models are a low quality photo glued to a piece of “glass”

I ordered on Nov 29… order said on its way Dec 1st . Jan 10 i contacted they replied they would check with the delivery company and since then nothing. Their website is under “maintenance” aka shut down. SCAM!!!!

I put in my order for PEN'UP 3D Complete Pack × 2 plus Pack of 12 multicoloured spools × 1 On Dec 8. Received shipping updates to say the order would arrive a few days before Christmas. It did not arrive. I emailed them Dec 23 and they said it was scheduled to arrive on Dec 24. It did not arrive. I emailed again on Christmas Day and they said, ‘As promised, we are immediately initiating a full refund for your order,’ and was told it could take 48hrs to 14 days. It’s now been 22 days since I was promised my refund and the site has obviously gone down. This is an absolute SCAM. DO NOT BUY from this ‘official’ site.

Ordered 28/11/25 never received order. Said they were shipping a new one but would never give me tracking numbers. Said they would refund me back my money but never received it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Biggest scam
