I ordered a plaque over 2 years ago and here I am without my order. Big, fat, SCAM. Someone needs to do something about this.

Ordered in October 2021, still not here 2-16-22. I've emailed several times

Ordered November 2021 received it exactly a month later December 21’
Scared me a bit reading all the alleged “scam” reviews.
Customer service was fast responding and helpful. Overall the product I received was just like advertised, the quality and wrapping was very very good. Would suggest to other people, But expect delay in shipping during this time.

Ordered in September 12, 2020 for my significant others birthday in October 20,2020 it's now March 6, 2021 after several emails sent from me they kept sending stuff that only angers you more, SCAMMERS, my hubby is in the military I really just wanted to give him something cute for his birthday before his deployment which was in February :/ really playing with peoples money and feelings scammed me out of $22 I'm at least thankful I used a gift card that only had $25 in it and NOT my actual card lord knows what these scammers would have done with it if they had my real info. Not to mention now their website and email is "down" yea right they just scammed a bunch of people and left smh.

My son paid for a plaque in January. Now March and nothing received. No replies to emails or DMs. Absolute scam merchants.

I would give them a 0. They stole my money. Never delivered my item. I ordered in September 2020 and it is February 2021. I would sue these fraudulent pieces of crap if it was worth my time. SCAM!

Order from this company in the beginning of September 2020 Here we are in February of 2021 they say 7-10 day to ship not 5 months DAMN... Please don’t buy from this company they suck I would like a refund or my product..

I wish I could give a 0 star review. I ordered a plaque from this website for my significant other's birthday. I placed the order the beginning of September, which was more than 2 weeks prior to her birthday. I still haven't received the plaque, and all the emails they sent were generic and, honestly rage inducing. Made me look like the worst boyfriend ever. Don't waste your money or your time.

Ordered the package on Dec. 11 and didn’t receive it until January 20. Website does not mention it ships out from China, so it takes about two weeks to ship and then a few days to arrive in the U.S. After that, there’s a 2 week window based on where you live for the package to go through sorting centers and then to the delivery partner. Upon opening it, they placed the photo I used sideways to the plaque. There was no option as to if I wanted the photo to be portrait or landscape styled, so it is a mistake on their fault. Very disappointed as it is a gift for a loved one and the photo is sideways.

It actually isn’t a scam. I placed an order the beginning of September, but didn’t receive my package until about mid December. The issue is that they said it would take 10-14 days to arrive and that was clearly not correct.

Ordered on 09/28/2020. It's not 01/13/2021. I've been waiting almost 4 months for my package. It's a scam. I've sent countless emails and tried to call them. There's no response.

This is a scam my son ordered one in November .No delivery and do not reply to emails Do not use this site scamming children i will be reporting them

Same thing here, ordered November 9th nothing has come, don't answer emails or on the Instagram site. I will be reporting thsi company, disgusting!

I’ve never wrote a review before but this just is such a disappointment! I wished I’ve read all the reviews before purchasing this. SCAM. I hope no one will ever order from then again.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Absolutely would not recommend ordering from here! I placed an order on September 24th, 2020 it is now November 9th... I have still not recieved my order. I have emailed them countless times but it seems to be the same message every response. Anytime I have requested a refund they completely ignore it. Take your business elsewhere if youre looking for a song plaque. They will scam you out of $20+

I ordered a song plaque almost 50 days ago. This is a scam. The address provided is a office building for lease. I want my money back now.

!SCAM! DONT. DO. IT. I ordered a song plaque on September 21st, 2020 for an anniversary gift. It is now November 3rd, 2020 and I have yet to receive the song plaque that I’ve already purchased. I’ve tried tracking it, but it has not updated since I placed my order/purchased it! Like it’s literally still saying it’s still in China. I’ve contacted the site and they emailed me back saying “Your order is currently in transit to your destination. Like my team mentioned to you before this is a freight transport we will be able to update your order status soon. We are sorry about all the delays. Have a great rest of your day!”. But the updates have not changed and I have not received my anniversary gift (which btw has almost been a month ago now). It’s really disappointing, and it was a cute idea! But not worth all this not knowing and waste of money/time. Pretty sure I’ve been scammed out of $22 🤷🏽‍♀️

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered in September 9th, in hopes would be here for a birthday. After few weeks, emailed them asking status as in was still “processing”somewhere in China. Another week went by and got two tracking websites, one of which was in Im guessing Russian, and the other didn’t work at all. So has now been 47 days and still nothing. Only order from them if you want to donate to their scam.
