It’s a scam. Placed my order on September 13th and still nothing. When I emailed them I received the same copied and pasted message. Not expecting my package to arrive. I’m now out $50 and without product. Do not order from them.

Placed an order September 22nd... it is now October 19th and says my order is still processing and is in China . They claim it takes 7-25 business days to send out , so where is my stuff ? They WILL NOT respond to my emails and never answer my phone calls. DO NOT order from this website. Absolutely garbage , probably fake .

Placed an order September 13th..
Placed an order September 13th... it is now October 16th and says my order is still in China even though they’re based in the US. They claim it takes 7-25 business days to send out but my order has been in transit for a good month now. They respond to my emails with the same generic message and never answer my phone calls. DO NOT order from this website, pretty sure it’s a scam.

Take Your Business Elsewhere
I still don't know if this site is even legit or not, all I know is that I placed my order on September 9th and it still has yet to get here; according to the "track my package", it's apparently still in China. They don't even provide any shipping information whatsoever whenever you place the order, instead I had to look through the FAQs to find any information. Even if it is legit, I would still recommend staying away from this site and choose another business or company for your song plaque, I'm sure they'll have much more reasonable shipping schedules and reliability. The event that I ordered this for has already passed, so if you don't order AT LEAST a month in advance, definitely take your business eleswhere.
