Sonic always put together a Spec and User Case that helps us enhance our Fire Safety and Access Control. As well as the Technical expertise, the "people thing" is important. The I&C Engineers know our building and us. We can have frank and constructive conversations which make sure we get the most from their time on site. Where there are issues, these are resolved and invariably for the better. Response, support, and empathy make my life much easier. In the busy commercial world we inhabit, sometimes we overlook the people who just "get on with it", and can be there when needed. Very glad to have Sonic on the case.

Sonic Security have completed a first class job. The engineer was courteous and informative, and set-up the system exactly as I wanted it.
They even managed to hold the price for me as the quote had been received quite some time ago.

Jeremy did our survey and was really helpful and honest. Installation was super quick and easy, Sean and Kieran were great and caused minimal disturbance.

The guys at Sonic Security are always professional, polite and respectful of our home. They keep us fully informed of what they are doing and always ask for permission to move to different areas around our home. Any issues/faults raised with the system are always dealt with quickly, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sonic Security!

Sonic came out to fix a few issues with our Fire alarm system. Their engineer Tom, has a great attitude and is always on hand to answer any questions we may have whilst he is here on his visit. Even if it means he goes above and beyond what's on his work list.

Sonic installed a new CCTV system to replace our old system.

The Engineers involved were informative, polite, keen to resolve any issues and provided regular updates of progress, ensuring minimum disruption to my team and more importantly to our existing CCTV system. Highly recommended company. We now have a first class HD system suited to our needs.

Very happy with the service & installion from Sonic Security. We had 2 videocom systems that had to be linked & installed at our premises and had to make changes to the equipment after agreeing to the plan. This wasn't any trouble for them, they quickly replaced the equipement and got on with the job without too much added expense or fuss.
The engineers were sound, knowlegeable, friendly & helpful.
Highly recommended.

After accepting our quote Sonic arrived earlier than the date we agreed. They were very efficient and our pub restaurant trade was not affected at all. Overall we are very satisfied customers and would recommend the company. Our engineer Louie was excellent not only with the installation but the explanation of how to use the equipment, on completion. Great job all round, Thanks.
