Monitored CCTV systems with remote access and viewing platforms catering a wide range of High Definition cameras, ANPR cameras, and thermal cameras, also facial recognition cameras. Access control systems which can be integrated with vehicle barriers, turnstiles air lock systems and much more. We also install fire refuge systems, along with nurse call and all types of monitored fire alarm systems, from conventional to addressable. Our Perimeter intrusion detection systems(PID’s) offer perimeter detection at the earliest opportunity, from buried systems to perimeter fence detection systems and radar systems.

BDC CCTV install 2018
Found the sales person helpful and knowledgeable about the products. the quotation process was drawn out due to issues internally and Sonic were helpful. Scheduling after that was a little laboured. Once the engineers were on site there were a few incidents of lack of communication and confirmation with us about what s needed.
The wrong HDRs were removed and had to then be reinstalled. Some drilling was carried out without confirmation. As were a listed building we have to be careful.
once we'd ironed out these wrinkles everything was much better and Tom in particular was helpful and rectified all the issues.
i would still be happy to work with you in the future.

I have used SONIC for a few years now, for my CCTV installation and maintenance, along with my magnetic doors locks and their maintenance.
They always work to the highest standards and their technicians are friendly, polite and most importantly to a school, all DBS checked. I would recommend them without reservation

Excellent service, support and interaction with staff, both technical and admin. The companies requirements were fully met albeit that there were some misunderstandings in the beginning, but these were both swiftly and professionally resolved to a exceptional resolution.
