Soundcheck
I'm an artist's sound engineer. During a soundcheck, the click and playback signals weren't reaching the drummer's monitor mixer, which I was sending via Dante from my computer. Using Sound Bullet, I detected the presence of signals at the stagebox outputs and alerted the rental company's stagehands. They found the cause: the channels in the multicore were mixed up. It took very little time.

Sound Bullet amazing!
They take care of everything from the moment you press “buy”.
The sound bullet is amazing, really good tool!
An excellent tool that would have saved…
An excellent tool that would have saved me many hours of work in the past.
Must have for every sound bag.
Firstly, I was impressed by the efficiency with which the unit was prepared and sent to me while I was on tour in Munich. Secondly, It came straight into a festival and I saw the full value of the Sonnect sound bullet as we would troubleshoot issues on the fly. The build feels very rugged. My only worry is the power on-of slider. That doesn't feel too strong and I worry that, in the wrong hands, it could break.
forced to pay import duty
Being forced to pay import duty for a product that’s nearly 300 dollars is outrageous.
No prior warning at anytime during check out that import costs may apply, and even worse they applied the duty after shipping. Have not been responded to after multiple emails. Will be requesting a refund and no longer recommending company to my coworkers

No “To” name on the shipping label
Apparently, my name (Kirk Denson) was not on the shipping label, therefore, being a rather large company, I will have to track the shipment down. I appreciate the “signed by” FedEx feature, but without it, I’d be lost. The shipment was delivered on Wednesday, 8/20, but I didn’t know it because I wasn’t notified.
