Replacing a Stolen Sound Bullet
So, the Sound Bullet is amazing and I use it every day. This is the second unit I have purchased because my go bag was recently stolen. Bought a backup that evening, missed it the whole time it was gone.
I will use this unit until it is stolen again or falls apart from very old age.

Excellent Customer Service
I had ordered a Sound Bullet on a Thursday before a rush of location work. All caught up in the work for the next several days I kept looking in my email for a response from Sonnect about my order. I couldn’t find a response… even in spam folder. The next week I wrote an email to tech support asking about my order, I was very concerned and had anxiety that the order somehow didn’t go through and my card was charged. The next morning the very excellent customer service called my cellphone and explained the email address provided wasn’t working properly. They also let me know the bullet was shipped and had already arrived. I was too caught up in checking for the confirmation email that I didn’t bother to check to see if the sound bullet had actually arrived and it had! It arrived a few days prior. They had shipped the bullet promptly and everything was grand and the great part was customer service took the time to actually call me and tell me my email wasn’t working… which I confirmed and gave them a new email address. All problems solved. I’m a very happy customer. Thank you Sonnect.
