I ordered two regular pattern shirts and received top quality. The fit was not perfect for me and I told myself to give it a try and use the customer support to see if there is any chance to adjust the fit and let me tell you I was genuinely overwhelmed with their customer service. Free refitting of my shirts, great and quick email exchange. I‘ll definitely recommend this company!

I regularly order T Shirts from Son Of a Tailor and now I wont go anywhere else. The thick cotton shirts are great quality and the perfect fit- I'm not tall so it's great to wear something that finally fits. Just ordered a hoodie and used the free remake service and the final product was perfect. Service is excellent and I would highly recommend

When I order the HI neck T shirt I wasn’t expecting to be perfect when I received and when I saw the details, the quality, the textile,,, the size,, every detail was really showing that it’s made with passion and professionalism

Finding shirts off the rack has always been almost impossible due to my body type, so I was thrilled to learn about Son of a Tailor. I ordered a T-shirt through their Perfect Fit algorithm, but unfortunately, it wasn't a great fit. Their customer service was very prompt and happy to send me a new one, which was much closer, but still not quite something I would enjoy wearing daily. Almost embarrassed, I got in touch with their customer service again, fully expecting a decline on a third try, but once again they were happy to keep trying and determined to find a fit for me. The third shirt was perfect, and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. Highly recommended! :)

I have ordered 7 t-shirts from them at this point, and have been very satisfied. Two t-shirts didn't fit as well as I had hoped and they were happy to re-make them and send them over quickly. Super satisfied!

First time ordering from Son and when the shirts arrived they were a bit big even after washing and also were accidentally of different lengths.

I reached out about the remake option and got an amazingly fast customer service response and trouble shooting advice to correctly measure for adjustments to my size.

The shirts were remade and sent to me and they fit great!

I live in Florida and wear a t-shirt almost every day. For several years, I have been buying all my t-shirts from another high-end brand. I became interested in SON and bought one t-shirt to try it out. I was very happy with everything except the fit was a bit too tight. I told SON this and sent them the photos requested. They made some specific changes and I now have my own personally tailored profile. My free replacement t-shirt fits perfectly! I am now a serious fan of SON and will be buying more.

Son of a Tailor designs and manufactures clothing just for me! How amazing is that? I love the way the fabrics they use feel (so soft, so comfortable) and look on me, and that the company delivers on its promise that its custom sizing fits perfectly or they’ll remake it at no charge. Perfect is a word I’d use for SOAT, too, from its beautifully designed products to its innovative and ethical manufacturing process that eliminates clothing waste, and its amazing customer service.

First of all, I'm a big fan of the quality and style of the t-shirts. They really are custom made to fit you and even the process of getting fitted was top notch. On top of that, when one of the t-shirts I ordered didn't fit me, I experienced the best customer service I could have possibly asked for.

The team worked with me and the pictures are sent them to figure out exactly what measurements needed to be changed and then immediately sent me not just one but two replacements for the t-shirt that didn't fit to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. I highly recommend this company and brand to anyone looking for great quality, stylish t-shirts.

First shirt I ordered fit poorly.

I emailed support, and they asked me to take a few pictures with the shirt on to understand the required adjustments.

I was a bit upset initially I had to do this. I just wanted a refund at that point.

But that changed when I received customer supports email back. They listed 2-3 paragraphs of changes they recommend they make, and encouraged me to try it out.

The shirt fit flawlessly. It is the best fitting shirt I ever put on. Customer service is fantastic, and quality is exceptional.

I wish the styling was better on the website, because I'd order a lot more!

I’ve ordered a number of garments from Son of a Tailor and had great service every time. The website fitting system works really well and after your order, they keep you well informed of your order status. Just once, a sweater I ordered did not fit to my liking and I used the perfect fit guarantee. The team at Son of a Tailor helped me refit a new sweater and I received a new sweater shortly that fit perfectly. Overall, a great company with great quality clothing.
