Being 6'8" (2.03m), I've always struggled to find clothes that fit properly. When I discovered Son of a Tailor, I was intrigued but skeptical about their "Free Remake Guarantee" - it sounded too good to be true.

The shirts are great. My first delivery was too small but they contacted me and broke down the measurements and adjusted sizing. Then they sent me new shirts that fit great.

I have really enjoyed all of my purchases from Son of a Tailor. The quality of the clothes is unparalleled. The t-shirts are beautifully soft and very comfortable. The free re-make guarantee is very useful and has allowed me to get the perfect size for going forward. The staff are very responsive and courteous and have helped make any alterations needed seamless (pardon the pun).

I have bought a number of t-shirts and sweatshirts from SON over the years and I've always been delighted with the quality of fit and the superb customer service.

Their whole ethos of reducing waste in the production cycle really resonates with me too.

I used their conversion logarithm for the first time recently to purchase an Oxford shirt and the fit was not as I expected. I used the free remake service, also for the first time, and it worked a treat. That said, I felt the sleeves were still a little too short and in contacting SON again, they agreed and I was sent a further remade shirt. How about that for first class service.
This one fits like a glove and I'm delighted with it.

I would not take the time for a review if it wasn't really worth it. I can not be happier about the service. I ordered 2 hi-neck tshirts. They were off by less than an inch on the length. I sent pictures of why I was unsatisfied. Customer service pointed out a few areas of improvement (shirt length & shoulders), adjusted my online profile, and sent 2 new shirts. They fit perfectly to me.

I recently cleaned out my closet. I probably donated 60-70 tshirts I've accumulated over the years. Some fit ok in the store, but not so much after wearing/washing. Others looked good online, but not in person.

I've worn these shirts regularly for over a month and have held up extremely well. I'm shaped weird and reg tshirt collars never fit quite right. The hi-neck's are exactly what I've been looking for. Son of a Tailor is a rare company that has maintained the idea of being customer-focused. Offering a fit guarantee on their quality products cannot be easy or cheap to do. I imagine that it is needed only rarely. I am one of those unusual cases -- for whatever reason, my order did not fit quite right. They made it right without hesitation at zero cost to me.

I have to say, the remade garment (it was their 100% wool tee) is one of the best tee shirts I have ever owned. The fit is perfect, and the material is exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Their product is not cheap, but it is one of those experiences where you are paying for quality of design and material rather than a badge.
