Ian is incredibly helpful and really…

Ian is incredibly helpful and really knows his stuff. Repaired my Sonos Play:1 and works perfectly. Not only significantly cheaper than buying a new one, but also felt good to actually have it fixed as only one small component had failed. Great service, really helpful and knowledgeable and 100% recommend.
They are very busy due them being so good, so bare with them!

Can’t praise this company enough

Can’t praise this company enough. My Sonos speaker died and only help from Sonos was a very small discount on a new one. My sister told me about Ian’s company so gave him a ring. He works with his uncle who actually lives quite close to me. Alan picked up my speaker repaired it and delivered back working perfectly - that’s what I call service. I mentioned on Alans visit that my Alexa would not connect to my wifi. Vodafone and Amazon both gave up on me but Alan worked on that too and finally got it to connect! Can’t praise him enough! Don’t give up on your Sonos - these guys are amazing! Thanks again Alan!

Really great service & communication

Really great service & communication. Easy to use & transparent with what needed doing & clear pricing. Chuffed that found these guys & have recommended to a few friends. Fixed my Sonos Play 5; found the bridge rectifier diode had failed along with the capacitors & thermistors. Ian said he stocked those parts & uprated from 6amp to 8amp rectifier & installed new 450v caps. (The old ones were only 400v)

Don't hesitate.

After a second failure in a year (play 1 & 5) I was ready to ditch Sonos. Found Ian and his company online and sent my play5 last Tuesday. Was advised it may take 1/2 weeks as he's busy - fair enough. Anyway, I'm sat here a week later listening to it as I type. Fantastic service, easy to arrange and send + got update. Ian has also upgraded some of the components. Highly recommended. Thanks, Ian.

No nonsense pro's doing good for audio

Emailed Ian with a description of what was wrong with my play5. He gave me a price and a verbal diagnotic of what the inherent problem was (happen often apparently). Sent the unit up for repair. It did take some weeks to get back but thats what you get with professionals with a good workload - they are busy doing good!

All working perfectly. The only gripe i have is with Sonos quality. Not what i expect after 10 years. 2nd unit ive had and a one of repair from Ian.

Thanks Ian. Great service and well worth the dosh.

Highly recommend.

Sonos Repair - AMAZING COMPANY

I contacted Sonos Repair via facebook and got a conversation going instantly. I only wanted cosmetic parts supplied for my Sonos Play 3 and they were more than happy to send them out. I got pictures from them for everything I needed to confirm what exactly was being sent out. The parts were sent in the post 1st class and I received it the next day. It was well packaged and for a refurbished part, was in fantastic condition! 2 minutes later and a few screws and now my Play 3 looks like new! I cannot believe how easy it was to order from Sonos Repair and payment via paypal is an added bonus. I will definitely recommend due to helpful and knowledgeable staff, great prices and fantastic reliability. Many thanks!

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. Highly recommended. Sonos 5 died. Found these guys on Google. Incredible service from the moment I engaged with them. Answering emails over the weekend. Seamless process, efficient. Paid and printed labels. Posted to them on 25 Jan. Device arrived back on 9 Feb good as new.

10/10 in every way

10/10 in every way!

My Sonos play 5 (gen2) was dropped and stopped working properly.
Quick diagnosis by sonosrepair.co.uk revealed 2 faulty woofers, which they showed me in a picture, advised me of and quoted to replace, which I agreed to at a reasonable price.
2 days later I’m laying here listening to music and it sounds as good as new!

Great Service

Great Service! Was dubious about sending my Sonos playbase for repair, but Ian was fantastic! Answered all emails promptly & kept me updated throughout repair process. Sent item away & had it back the following week in full working order!! Thankyou!!!

Best Sonos repair for an out of warranty speaker!

Sonos wanted to charge me 70% the original price of the speaker to get a replacement, as mine was out of warranty.
An unreasonable price, and I'm lucky that I found Sonos Repair instead. Was serviced by Ian who is a great and honest guy, working on my Sonos P5 Gen 2. The damage was only minor and Ian only charged me for his time - what a top guy!
The speaker is now working like brand new - couldn't recommend more!

Great Service

Very good, very personal service.

Good guidance on packaging your speakers and good packaging for return.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.....in fact I am going to ask if they can fix my Bose sub-woofer!

Friendly professional service from Ian & Co

My 3 year old Sonos Playbar died recently and all the Sonos helpdesk could do was to offer me a refurbed unit at £489 - £10 more than the cost of a new one :-( I found the Sonos Repair Center on Google and decided to use them based on the good customer feedback. Unfortunately the unit proved to be beyond economic repair but Ian at SR phoned me to explain the problem and went out of his way to help me take advantage of the Sonos 'Trade Up' discount on the new Arc model. I like companies like SR where you get treated like you're special and they really care about about what they do. Thanks to Ian for his professional and friendly service. I will definitely use SR again when my next piece of expensive electronic hardware fails just outside of warranty ;-)
