My 7 year old Sonos died on me. I spoke to the company customer service in a faraway land and he said that No, he couldn't repair it as Sonos don't do repairs.
I found this company after a Google search and noted the excellent eating.
After a dialogue with Ian who was very helpful and friendly I dropped off the unit as I was passing nearby. It was repaired within a day and posted back in working condition. I had to re install it but that wasn't a problem.
Totally recommend due to excellent customer service.

Excellent service from Ian. My 7 year old play 3 died some time ago, and Sonos themselves would only offer me a fairly modest discount on a replacement. Ian’s service is hassle free and he had it repaired for me very quickly.

The experience was quick and my speaker received and repaired within 12 days. I had a response to my queries within minutes & was kept up dated throughout.

These guys are so, so, so professional it was an absolute treat dealing with them, Sonos were as good as useless, simply offering a discount on new equipment. Ian Dorrington's crew fixed my Gen 1 Play 5 which had died a sad and sorry death. No power, nothing. They were pretty busy but stuck close to their turnround time and the price was good. All working perfectly, I truly hope Sonos themselves realise what a bunch of stitch-up artists they are refusing to sort some way of fixing them assuming we don't track down companies like Sonos Repair. Saviours! Don't even hesitate, just use them.

Fixed my faulty play 3 power supply. Very fast turn around and a great price. I have music in my kitchen again!!

Brilliant, I contacted Ian as I had an issue with the power lead on my device. He’s got back to me quickly and supported me to get the correct cable I needed to fix my speaker! Highly recommend! Thank you so much!

I was uncomfortable sending to an unknown repairer but as speaker did not work I took the chance. I should not have worried. Paid for label and got it by return. Company acknowledged receipt of speaker and let me know time to repair. Had to inquire after two weeks but due to coronavirus only Ian working. Fixed that weekend and he explained problem. A very reasonable £90 to repair and after I paid on Monday morning I received it next day. Excellent service, the company does everything it says it will do. Speaker installed and perfect.

My Sonos 5 (Gen 1) 'died' on me mid tune a week or so ago. The Support team were truly amazing and replacement Gen 2 unit was shipped to me extremely swiftly. I can't thank them enough and urge anyone to call the Support Team if they experience any technical faults.

Ian is an absolute legend. Very quick response on any queries. Prices are unbeatable. I will definitely call him again if one of my other devices has a failure.

Brilliant company. Got my sonos play 5 repaired in no time at all for considerably less than I was expecting. I thoroughly recommend them. If you have a poorly sonos then your best bet is to get Ian on the case. You won't regret it.

Excellent Service. Our Sonos Connect stopped working after a power cut, Sonos were useless but Ian responded quickly with a likely diagnosis and quite as well as instructions for sending the unit - less than a week later it was fixed and back with us. Would very much recommend

My Sonos Playbar gave up after four years of time-to-time use. Sonos gave my a completely ridiculous trade-in offer of £500 for at new unit through their Danish dealer.
I found Sonos Repair Center UK and Ian turned out to be extremely helpful and competent. I shipped the Playbar to him and after a while he replied; "I am pleased to inform you your Playbar is on test (Has been all day and night). I’ve found the bridge rectifier diode had failed along with the capacitors and thermistors. Luckily it’s common and I stock these parts. so I’ve uprated your 6amp to 8amp rectifier and installed new 450v caps. (The old ones are only 400v)"
Absolutely brilliant service at only £120 plus £19 shipping.
Somebody at Sonos could learn a lot from this guy!

Ian at the Sonos repair centre uk has put Sonos to shame for its customer services regarding repairs, my sound bar failed at 5 years old, very poor at some £700 new, Sonos price for repair/replacement couple of pence under £600.00.
Contacted Ian at Sonos repair quoted £120.00 plus £19.00 postage there and back, he told me it was a very common fault and he repairs approximately eight sound bars a week, unlike Sonos one of the most helpful people I’ve had the pleasure to do business with, Sonos sound and help line 1st class, repairs total pure unhelpful rubbish,
