DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered 2 items in November and still have not received anything. They did not put my address on the package and the local courier sent it back. Customer service is absolutely useless! I wish I had seen these reviews before buying. This company needs to be shut down

Zero rating from me as well! No order received yet after 2 months. various excuses given and no acknowledgement that I'm asking for a refund. AVOID! Wish I had check the reviews before using.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY: i wish I could give less than one star, this company deserves zero. I don’t recommend anyone buying from this website, I ordered something on 2 December and haven’t received my order. Every time I email I am told ‘it will arrive in two weeks’. I asked for a refund and was ignored and on another occasion also told I can only have a ‘part refund’. Additionally, when asking for tracking details, they said it hadn’t been posted yet and then the second time they said it’s been posted and will be ‘two weeks’. Hilarious shambles of a company and my bank are now involved 🥴👍🏻

If I could give zero stars I would!
I ordered 3 pairs of “extra thick sherpa fleece sweatpants” at £29.99 each, these were ordered in November 2020. Only one pair arrived in December......the material was cheap, no sign of “thick sherpa fleece” lining anywhere, there is no labels/care instructions/sizing. There was also no return labelling.
I have contacted the company asking for a refund on the 2 items not received, and they have responded with a statement to say they will arrive.....even though the tracking states cancelled.
I’m so annoyed that people can promote one thing on line and deliver such a poor replication. I will contact trading standards, however, I feel unlikely anything positive will happen.

Awful company!! Ordered with them well over a month ago and still nothing then they had the cheek to tell me that if I wanted a refund they’d have to deduct 20% even though I still haven’t had the item!! Avoid this company at all costs

Poor quality, sizes are so huge, their size 10 will fit a large man. sent me the wrong item and told me that I couldn't have a refund as it was a sale item and that if I wanted a exchange I have to pay the postage back to china for their mistake they made! Rubbish customer service the company is a scam!

Do NOT order. Ordered beginning of December and still not arrived. Constantly lied to and given generic answers, theyre so called 'customer service' deletes your comments, and refuses to answer queries. Tracking not updated, they keep saying its on its way but tracking say they havent even sent it. Wont reply or give refund, worst company such a scam!!

Product won't fit and is of poor quality - tried emailing several times for returns address and they will not provide it. So I can't return or exchange the product, and therefore can't get my money back and left with this useless product.
I would not recommend buying from Soo Fluffy.

This company is truly awful please avoid. I ordered a product on 6th Dec and it's still not arrived. I've been told it's on its way weekly ! I've asked for a refund but was told they don't issue refunds !!!!

I ordered the fluffy bottoms as a present. They eventually arrived. Poorest quality garments I have ever seen. I should have known not to buy from a glossy FB add. This was clearly one of those campaigns where the items cost $1 to make and they charge a fortune and disappear once everyone cottons on.

Extremely poor service to say at the least... my item was ordered as a Xmas gift about a month give or take prior so, within plenty of time for it to arrive. Two weeks passed... I emailed them for an update on the delivery and they advised that they had sold out of the item I had ordered but; I should expect to receive it by Xmas day. I panicked considering they hadn't even told me until I had enquired. With that; I responded asking for them to let me know in advance if the item wouldn't arrive by Xmas day so that I could arrange something else... no response. Xmas day arrived and of course... nothing. It did however, arrive the following week except the item had a hole in it. I reported this immediately and they responded asking for photos in which; I provided. Then, no reply whatsoever and it's now almost been a month.

I would advise not to purchase from this site.

Where to begin??? The items were ordered (as of now 6 weeks ago) and I have to say I have been super impressed with the amount of delays and templated responses from their "CS Team" continue to send me 20% cancellation template emails. And also basically to lie in terms of what they have said they have done - in reality they have not even sent the items.

They take your money and do not deliver. Its from a place in china, they provided no tracking, they first blamed Covid for delays, then its Brexit and UK VAT rules. When i eventually got a tracking number it says 'processing' not 'in transit'. I do not believe i will ever get my goods. I pointed out the Consumer Rights act specifys a resonable delivery time and that is 30 days, well past that point after ordering on Dec 6th, and i am within my rights to request a refund, however they are refusing to do this. I encourage ALL to raise a chargeback if you have spent more than £75 and paid on Barclaycard ( or another credit card that does this). You will get a refund via Barclaycard and it will cost them a processing fee.

I already wrote a review of this appalling scam of a company, but wanted to come back to encourage people here to take it further. I've reported them to Instagram - if we all do that they can't advertise there. I've also reported them to Shopify who they sell through. Again, if we all do that, their shop might get suspended. You can get to the complaints form by going to the Shopify community and finding the fab for your online order and there's a form to fill in if it hasn't arrived within 4 weeks. Sorry - they don't allow links here. Still no items after placing an order on Dec 3. At first they blamed Covid, now they're blaming Brexit. Awful awful service.

This is a scam! Do not purchase from this website.
Ordered a “Christmas present” on 4th December 2020.
We were given “tracking”, which consistently states the order is “in progress”
It never goes past that status.
It is now 26th January and still no goods. They have also refused - on 5 occasions - that they will not return my money.
Please trust me - you will lose money - do not order from this company.

Placed my order on 7th December and over 2 months later it has still not arrived and the tracking details I have been sent give me no information at all. Useless custopmer service and obviously I got scammed and have now lost £150 to them. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

Ordered two pairs of leggings and one sweatshirt. They took ages to arrive and I was so disappointed. The fit and quality of the leggings is appalling, would barely fit a twig! The sweatshirt was slightly better, but certainly not worth the money I paid. To get my money back I have to return the items to China, using a tracked service which costs £53.00!! Needless to say that is not going to happen, and I would never recommend using this company ever. Far better options based in the UK.
